The Private Markets Implementation Team is looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering best in class software solutions to the world's most demanding, high-profile Private Equity clients. Our cloud-based portfolio monitoring solution helps automate data collection, create a single source of truth, and helps our private equity clients enable portfolio analytics and reporting capabilities. You will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of our industry-leading portfolio management solution. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Managers of our global teams to ensure the successful completion of on-boarding of Private Equity / Credit / LP / GP and Venture Capital Clients to iLEVEL platform. The Implementation Analyst will collaborate with team members from several departments to ensure the successful completion of implementation and optimal use of the PCM solution.
The Private Markets Implementation team in Professional Services is looking for an Implementation Analyst (Grade:7) who can deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
**Your Role**
You will be a key member of the ES- Markets' Professional Services Team.
**Key responsibilities** include:
+ Executing product analysis to identify specific requirements and use cases with Private Equity Enterprise software clients.
+ Collaborating with internal team members to identify the risks involved in the process, raise them & get them sorted appropriately.
+ Acting as an extension of APAC/US/EMEA client deployment team, helping to implement, customize and enhance the 'Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting' services provided to Private Equity clients.
+ Independently managing multiple implementation projects using best practices regarding system setup and utilization
+ Preparing financial reports, templates, configure portal as per PE/VC clients' requirements.
+ Balancing multiple client implementations simultaneously and efficiently maintaining accountability to all stakeholders
+ Regularly collaborating and working with Senior Team members, Global Project Managers and Team Managers regarding forward-looking initiatives.
+ Should be quick in problem solving and providing solutions to the team and to the clients on the product and its functions.
+ Communicating weekly updates internally to the Implementations TLs.

**Key Qualifications and Skills:**

+ Knowledge of S&P MI's proprietary software (e.g. QVAL, iLEVEL, WSO/EDM) is an added advantage for the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand client Blueprint, business rules & requirements, as delivered by
Lead Consultant.
- Interpret client Blueprint and build User Acceptance Test Catalogue.

following ADP handover methodology.

- Continually review implementation processes and make recommendations.
- Understand and monitor implementation of any upgrades and patches and the
testing of these, prior to them being loaded into the live environment.
- Ensure Client's compliance to relevant country taxation and other statutory
legislation.
- Understand country legislative updates. When needed, document changes in
the Consolidated Country Scenario template. Give knowledge transfer to MS
Implementation team associates.
- Assist Project Services (post live implementations) during periods where no
new implementations are being delivered.

**Job Description**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
We are seeking a highly organized creative & proactive project manager to support Quality Chief Of staff in daily operations, strategic communication & event coordination. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, attention to details and proficiency in presentation design and multimedia content creation.
The key responsibilities include
+ Supporting role to track & consolidate updates, reports, documents and follow upon action items
+ Draft and format report for internal communications
+ Translate content into presentable PowerPoint for internal stakeholders
+ Develop & edit video content for event, internal update or internal communications
+ Assist in producing visuals, infographics or other multimedia if needed
+ Coordinate and maintain webpage content
**Qualifications**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 2 years + working experience in a related field
**Skills:**
+ Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Video editing tools & maintaining a webpage content
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to multitask, work independently.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
**Preferred:**
+ Experience in corporate communication or event management.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality& risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
+ Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standard to moderately complex documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.
+ Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
+ Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard request for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.
+ Leads project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
+ Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings.
+ Implements project documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
+ Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
+ Implements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.
+ Demonstrates ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Supervisory Responsibility:**
+ No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to co-workers.
+ Manages 3rd party project delivery resources/team. Responsible for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating team members.
**About you:**
+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study. Minimum 10 years of related experience and/or training.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
+ Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
+ Capability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
+ Good skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices.
+ Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
