Job SummaryJob summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Talent Management and Development Director located in Bukit Minyak.
What a typical day looks like:
- Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to understand the needs of the Malaysia organization and align the talent strategy with the growth plans.
- Identify success factors of high performing teams and implement plans to transfer best practices.
- Conduct organizational design and team effectiveness assessments and diagnostics to address short term and future needs, ensuring the organization is well-prepared for growth.
- Drive improvement on employee engagement and experience by analyzing survey data, developing and implementing action plans to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Identify insights and make recommendations on talent retention strategies and development solutions to meet future workforce needs.
- Develop and measure organization effectiveness solutions across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead the design and deployment of talent development initiatives ensuring they are aligned to Operation plans.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resource, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HR or Organizational Development (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of Human Resources or related experience in business with specific experience in HR, consulting, project management and change management.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, talent management, and organizational development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

About Role
The Sales Effectiveness & Analytics Data Steward will be focused in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with sales processes and tools to improve sales force effectiveness including:
Monitor & assess the quality of sales data, including In-market sales, distributor & trade sales, pricing, invoices & customer information.
Maintain data integrity by identifying & resolving issues, such as inconsistencies, duplicates, or inaccuracies
Manage data related to sales transactions, including In-market sales, distributor & trade sales, pricing, invoices & customer data
Analyzing sales process reports (e.g., sales activities, opportunity pipeline, average time to close, characteristics of wins vs. losses, etc.) to identify areas for sales process improvement
Serve as a point of contact for sales teams & other stakeholders regarding data-related issues
Educate users on data policies, procedures & best practices
Provide data expertise & guidance to support decisions
Work closely with Global Business Services to ensure the data are reflected into Power BI reports & dashboards
Implement data policies, standards & procedures specific to the sales domain
About You
Bachelor's Degree in related fields like computer science, information technology, business administration, or data science
Minimum 1 year experience in data management, data analysis, or sales operations is highly valued, preferably in Med Tech or Pharma
High proficiency & experience with Analytics, Excel - expert level, Power BI experience, Experience in VBA / SQL / Power Automate will be considered an additional advantage for the candidate.
Fluency in English is a must

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resource, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HR or Organizational Development (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of Human Resources or related experience in business with specific experience in HR, consulting, project management and change management. Strong understanding of HR practices, talent management, and organizational development methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

About Role
The Sales Effectiveness & Analytics Data Steward will be focused in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with sales processes and tools to improve sales force effectiveness including:
Monitor & assess the quality of sales data, including In-market sales, distributor & trade sales, pricing, invoices & customer information. Maintain data integrity by identifying & resolving issues, such as inconsistencies, duplicates, or inaccuracies Manage data related to sales transactions, including In-market sales, distributor & trade sales, pricing, invoices & customer data Analyzing sales process reports (e.g., sales activities, opportunity pipeline, average time to close, characteristics of wins vs. losses, etc.) to identify areas for sales process improvement Serve as a point of contact for sales teams & other stakeholders regarding data-related issues Educate users on data policies, procedures & best practices Provide data expertise & guidance to support decisions Work closely with Global Business Services to ensure the data are reflected into Power BI reports & dashboards Implement data policies, standards & procedures specific to the sales domain Note: Role will be on 2-year contract basis. You may be required to work varying hours due to different time zones supported**
About You
Bachelor's Degree in related fields like computer science, information technology, business administration, or data science Minimum 1 year experience in data management, data analysis, or sales operations is highly valued, preferably in Med Tech or Pharma High proficiency & experience with Analytics, Excel - expert level, Power BI experience, Experience in VBA / SQL / Power Automate will be considered an additional advantage for the candidate. Fluency in English is a must

To learn more please visit the SFE Sales Systems Lead, you will help drive the success of Global Emerging Markets (GEM) Sales team by enabling relevant global sales systems & delivering insightful reports for their business needs & processes.
You will act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, understanding their business needs into technical requirements & executing them. You will be responsible for launching, embedding & building sustainability in competency & capability of all sales systems & tools used by the sales teams. Key focus is to ensure all sales tools are rolled out effectively & drive full adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, drive & manage cross-functional sales systems projects to support Sales team
Be able to independently execute as well as lead the execution of projects by working closely with cross functional teams
Project manage solutions end to end
Help translate business requirements into a technical specification
2. Collaborate & drive the optimization & adoption of Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) CRM for Sales users
Be the CRM champion for the CRM system & ensure all sales teams are trained on CRM & continuous enhancements
Provide business insight by producing CRM reports such as adoption rates, pipeline values, customer calls vs targets, etc. Coach sales leader on how to generate insights from CRM usage
Manage & prioritize CRM related requests & projects by collaborating with global team
Provide ongoing support & management of Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM & connected systems
Function as go-to person for sales CRM related requests; Coordinate system updates, modify fields & workflows etc as needed
Support day-to-day management of CRM configuration – customizing core architecture as well as profiles & user permissions
Partner with sales trainers to help drive training on CRM processes
3. Drive data quality, insightful Power BI sales reports & IMS data projects across the organization
Own the integrity of data at all stages in Microsoft Dynamics & connected systems
Manage IMS data, optimizing for data integrity & accuracy
Deliver a standard insightful Power BI sales reports for sales team to better manage their territories
Work with internal teams to establish processes which improve data integrity of all objects; define best practices to help build increased seller productivity & MSD hygiene
Skills & experience
Min 3 years experience working in a matrixed organization covering SEA/APAC region
Proven ability in developing customer communications that deliver business results
Strong project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams
Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Experience in upskilling and educating marketers on brand implementation
Deep understanding of brand strategy with a customer-first mindset
Adaptable and resilient – comfortable navigating change and ambiguity
Excellent communicator with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling messages
Qualifications & education
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, affinity towards data insights and analytics is desirable
