Framework and Policy Management: Assist in the management of relevant frameworks and policies to ensure strict compliance with both regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Audit and Reporting: Prepare and compile clear, periodic reports and updates on technology risk & security control activities for management. You will analyse results from self-assessments and internal/external audits to help formulate effective remedial solutions.
Regulatory Liaison: Provide support and assistance during internal and external audits, as well as regulatory examinations and inspections.
Security and Awareness: Coordinate and support all security awareness-related activities, including campaigns, roadshows, trainings, and simulations, to embed a strong risk culture throughout the organization.
KPI Delivery: Execute and deliver on agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the role and responsibilities.
The Must Haves:
At least 5 years of experience, preferably in risk management, IT audit, information security or IT compliance.
Knowledge of cloud environments or prior experience working with public cloud services (eg. AWS)
Self-starter with the interest and ability to research and improve on new technologies knowledge and cyber security trends.
Advanced understanding of:
i. Cyber security framework and practices, such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, OWASP
ii. Risk management methodology and frameworks
iii. Regulatory requirements such as RMiT, Cyber Security Act, PDPA

Job Description
Support, repair, and update electrical controls and vision inspection systems in a production environment.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Support production by troubleshooting and repairing automated controls.
- Startup, debug, qualify, and support controls install/upgrade on new and existing automated equipment.
- Make program and hardware modifications/updates on automated control systems.
- Field wire panels and equipment and make updates to electrical schematics as needed
- Program motion controllers, PLCs, operator interfaces, robotics, and servo drives.
- Support and maintain image processing hardware and programs using Windows-based PC systems.
- Troubleshoot, provide root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for reported issues on local production systems and tools.
Required Experience:
1. Operational knowledge of control relays, pneumatic solenoids, pneumatic controls, motion controllers, servomotors, stepper motors, etc.
2. 1-5 years of programming experience in the following:
a. PLC programming experience (Automation Direct preferred).
b. Operator Interface programming experience (Red Lion preferred).
c. Motion controllers (Trio Motion Controller preferred)
d. PID loop controls.
3. Ability to read and write in structured text programming language (i.e. C++, C#, Basic, etc.)
4. Experience in building/servicing control panels.
5. Image processing systems and implementations
6. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
7. AutoCAD or equivalent experience.
8. Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.
9. CPR/First Aid/AED training
Education:
- Two-year degree in Electrical Manufacturing, Robotic Technology, or related degree.
- On the job training as appropriate.

Job Overview:
The Instrumentation & Controls Engineer applies their conceptual knowledge of instrumentation and controls and with a moderate level of guidance and direction from colleagues and leadership, is responsible for solving a range of straightforward instrumentation and controls problems. They will be responsible for analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures, as well as building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. The Instrumentation & Controls Engineer understands key business drivers and applies this knowledge to solve problems in straightforward situations through analysis of possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.
Candidate should be an engineering graduate in Instrumentation/Electrical/Mechanical discipline and should have about five years experience in offshore Oil and Gas projects. Knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel and Word is a must. Familiarity with instrumentation software tools such as Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI),AVEVA Instrumenation and InstruCalc is desirable.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Perform FEED, Studies, and detailed design engineering, analysis, and calculations on more complex and demanding engineering tasks
Apply knowledge and skills to complete varied assignments
Prepare clear and accurate detailed design calculations and analyses including design reports and procedures
Prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines
Focus on completing work within budgets
Clearly communicate and explain information in straightforward engineering activities
Prepare the development of key project deliverables, including (but not limited to) the following:
Cause & Effect Diagrams
Vessel Level Sketches
Instrument Index, I/O List, Range, Alarm, and Trip Summary (RATS)
Instrument Data Sheets

P&ID Development
Participate in project reviews, including (but not limited to) the following:
P&ID Reviews
Development and support of vendor packages, including (but not limited to) the following:

Site support, including (but not limited to) the following:
Provide technical support to Construction personnel for I&C engineering-related inquiries as needed

Essential Qualifications and Education:

What you will do:
The Category buyer is responsible for project spend for APAC region. Responsibilities include supplier
scouting, selection, supplier management, price & contract negotiations, drive product optimization and
working capital management. The buyer will develop and execute a category strategy that supports the
company’s profitable growth plans. They will be the primary owner of cost savings and working capital
improvements.
How you will do it:
• Drive year-over-year improvement in field material spend through supplier negotiation.
• Drive year-over-year improvement in working capital through supplier payment term management.
• Develop field material category strategy by category cluster, implement category strategy in
sourcing decision of field projects.
• Supplier account management for selection of suppliers. Develop strategies to effectively manage
and optimize the supply base.
• Manage supplier performance and organize regular business reviews with suppliers of
responsibility.
• Negotiation and maintenance of contracts and supply conditions.
• Insights to supply base market intelligence & dynamics, scouting new suppliers to support the
business growth.
• Deploy a global preferred supplier strategy to improve supplier quality, delivery and cost.
What we look for:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Quantity
Surveying or related Business Degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in sourcing/procurement experience with HVAC, Security and
Controls, ELV knowledge are added advantage
• Ability to handle APAC region will be added advantage.
• Excellent negotiation skills, being able to build a compelling case and convince others; familiar with
contracting
• Good interpersonal skills to enable and manage strategic relationships
• Adaptable towards a rapidly changing environment
• Experience in working in multi-cultural teams
• Preferably experience in an innovative but also cost-driven environment
• Experience in international trade
• Advance in MS Excel especially well-verse in generating Pivot Table and VLOOKUP is a must
• Experience in analyzing data and sensitive with data
• Ability to optimize supplier base and good sourcing skill
