REPORTS TO

HEAD/ DEPUTY HEAD OF OPERATIONS

(JOB/FUNCTIONAL TITLE)

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead creating and reviewing documents required by QMS ISO 9001/IATF 16949 including Quality Manual, standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI) and the associate implementation forms/check sheets.

· Manage corporate online QMS portal.

· Work with cross-functional team for investigation of process and product quality abnormality management and compliance root cause.

· Track completion of process and product quality abnormality management and compliance corrective actions to ensure recurrence prevention.

· Collaborate and team up with Human Capital & Admin (HCA) to develop ISO 9001/IATF 16949 awareness among QMS representatives, process leaders, internal auditors, Management group and newcomers (induction).

· Lead ISO 9001/IATF 16949 compliance activities of assigned Subsidiary(ies).

· Build strong, collaborative relationships with Subsidiary's QMS representatives and process leaders to provide advice on QMS compliance.

· Liaise with Certification Body (CB) for arrangement of annual Corporate ISO 9001 Audit planning.

· Coordinate corporate receiving of annual ISO 9001 CB audit.

· Perform planned and ad hoc QMS internal audit (IQA).

· Comply with corporate policies and procedures relevant to own responsibilities.

Requirements and skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management or equivalent.

2. Preferably with experience in automotive/manufacturing industry.

3. Experienced in control/managing of QMS documentations.

4. Experienced in Quality Control/Assurance and handling of process/product quality abnormalities.

5. Experienced in delivering deliverables within timelines.

6. Experienced in managing internal and external parties with current work requirements.

7. Experienced in leading and shaping work with others from different divisions/departments and backgrounds to achieve organisation priorities.

8. Knowledge in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

9. Knowledge in management and control of QMS documentation.

10. Problem solving skills.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Implementing ISO 9001 & ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 Standards.

• Ensuring that the organization adheres to the ISO 9001/ ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 standard's requirements, which typically involves creating, documenting, maintaining, updating QSHE management processes, manual, procedures, work instruction and forms.

• Assist client organizations implement ISO standards, conduct gap assessments, and guide them through the certification process until to be certified.

• Drafting ISO management system required documentation as per client's business and ISO requirements.

• Work with the organization's management team to develop a strategic plan for implementing the necessary changes to meet ISO standards.

Requirements:

• Preferable IRCA Certified QMS ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/OHS ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.

• Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 or ISO 14001: SOP, Manual, Work Instruction, Forms; creating, updating and controlling.

• Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

• Good command of communication in English & Bahasa Melayu.

• Documented information knowledge and skills are required.

• Minimum 3 years working experience as ISO Management Representative/Internal Auditor/ 2nd parties Auditor/3rd Parties Auditor.

An ISO & Compliance Executive ensures a company adheres to specific International Organization for Standardization (ISO) guidelines and other regulatory requirements, which involves managing quality systems, conducting internal audits, maintaining documentation, coordinating external audits, and driving continuous improvement to meet quality standards and achieve certification. · Knowledge of HALAL Certification, HACCP or ISO 22000:2018 certification.

· Implementation risk management activities to monitor compliance to factory operation.

· Ability to conduct Factory Visit at Batu Arang Ijok and work closely with factory team's quality development to improve existing processes or procedures.

· Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Knowledge to use web-based registration for regulatory renewal or registration.

· Knowledge of Microsoft excel, words and power point and/ or other presentation systems usage.

· Minimum 3 years of QA experience especially in a factory environment.

· Understanding of factory & machinery act & safety.

· Ability to work with minimal supervision.
