Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Compliance Strategies that adhere to ISO standard : Craft and execute robust ISO compliance strategies, policies, and procedure, ensuring alignment with ISO standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO27001 , etc.
- Conduct Audit and Assessments: Oversee comprehensive audits and assessments to guarantee strict adherence to ISO standards, initiating corrective actions when necessary.
- Provide Guidance and Training: Offer expert guidance to departments, collaborating to align practices with ISO requirements. Conduct training sessions to educate team members on ISO standards, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate Audits and Drive Improvement : Manage internal and external audits, coordinate responses, and focus on continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and performance metrics.
- Stay Updated and Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Keep abreast of evolving ISO standards and regulations, making necessary adjustments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance measures.
- Act as the Primary Liaison : Serve as the main point of contact for ISO-related inquiries and maintain strong relationship with certification bodies, ensuring seamless communication.
Who would fit us :
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Quality Management) and a certification as an ISO Lead Auditor or similar credentials.
- Demonstrated track record (5 years) navigating ISO standards and quality management systems, ensuring meticulous compliance.
- In-dept knowledge of ISO regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, etc) and a commitment to upholding international standards.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with keen attention to detail, ensuring precise compliance with ISO standards.
- Strong project management abilities, adept at multitasking and managing various projects concurrently.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data for process improvements and proven ability to lead and collaborate within teams for achieving ISO compliance objectives.

1. Review and to ensure that the audit engagements’ working papers are maintained and filed correctly in line with the standards of the Global Internal Audit Standards of The Institute of Internal Auditors and of the department.
2. Prepare Internal Quality Assurance Review report on quality reviews conducted.
3. Assist the Unit Head and Head of Internal Audit/ Chief Internal Auditor in the maintenance of the internal audit risk assessment and planning.
4. To ensure the proper maintenance of the department’s list of audit programs and list of regulatory policies and guidelines.
5. To ensure proper maintenance, monitoring and support of administrative activities over the internal audit function.
6. To manage a proper audit client effectiveness feedback evaluation process in maintaining the records and compiling the overall outcome to the Head of Internal Audit/ Chief Internal Auditor.
7. Perform other ad hoc assignments as may be assigned to them by the Unit Head and Head of Internal Audit/ Chief Internal Auditor.
Job Requisition
1. Degree or professional qualification in business, economics, accountancy, information technology or related discipline. Preferably possess the certification of a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors.
2. A member of The Institute of Internal Auditors/ Information Systems Audit and Control Association/ Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers or where relevant.
3. 8 years of banking related experience of which minimum 5 years of auditing or quality assurance review experience. Have a good understanding of the Global Internal Audit Standards of The Institute of Internal Auditors.
