About the role

As an ISO Coordinator at Ikrar Jaya Bina Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's construction projects adhere to the highest quality & safety standards and international quality & OHS management system requirements. Based in Melaka, this full-time position will see you responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the company's ISO certification programs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead creating and reviewing documents required by QMS ISO 9001/IATF 16949 including Quality Manual, standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI) and the associate implementation forms/check sheets.

· Manage corporate online QMS portal.

· Work with cross-functional team for investigation of process and product quality abnormality management and compliance root cause.

· Track completion of process and product quality abnormality management and compliance corrective actions to ensure recurrence prevention.

· Collaborate and team up with Human Capital & Admin (HCA) to develop ISO 9001/IATF 16949 awareness among QMS representatives, process leaders, internal auditors, Management group and newcomers (induction).

· Lead ISO 9001/IATF 16949 compliance activities of assigned Subsidiary(ies).

· Build strong, collaborative relationships with Subsidiary's QMS representatives and process leaders to provide advice on QMS compliance.

· Liaise with Certification Body (CB) for arrangement of annual Corporate ISO 9001 Audit planning.

· Coordinate corporate receiving of annual ISO 9001 CB audit.

· Perform planned and ad hoc QMS internal audit (IQA).

· Comply with corporate policies and procedures relevant to own responsibilities.

Requirements and skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management or equivalent.

  2. Preferably with experience in automotive/manufacturing industry.

  3. Experienced in control/managing of QMS documentations.

  4. Experienced in Quality Control/Assurance and handling of process/product quality abnormalities.

  5. Experienced in delivering deliverables within timelines.

  6. Experienced in managing internal and external parties with current work requirements.

  7. Experienced in leading and shaping work with others from different divisions/departments and backgrounds to achieve organisation priorities.

  8. Knowledge in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

  9. Knowledge in management and control of QMS documentation.
