Perform risk analysis, evaluations and assessments, monitor risk management processes and implementation, work with internal and external parties and work closely with risk owners from various contractors and stakeholder.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Lead the Risk and Issue Management Workstream.

Manage, guide and advise the Workstream Risk and Issue team throughout the systems implementation project.

Works closely with project teams from various organization to make sure the risks and issues are being escalated to the right owner, the action plan being taken and solved by the respective owner.

Works collaboratively with other project teams, proactively engage, discuss and coordinate with the project team to understand the project situation and status in order to identify the potential risk concerns and issues raised.

Identify, analyze and evaluate the potential risk and issue project reported.

Ensure risk/ issue management is implemented in accordance with established processes.

Review, evaluate and monitor the progress of reported risks/ issues.

Review, evaluate and recommend the Risk Management/ Issue and Control Report (monthly) to the Client in accordance with the specifications that have been set.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.

Conduct the monthly JKPRI meeting and report risk and issue project status accordingly

Proven experience in managing change requests and contracts for government IT project with a minimum 10 years related experience

Qualifications Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2, ITIL, TOGAF will be an added advantage

This role focuses on trading systems engineering. Based on mutual interest and company needs, there is an optional opportunity to specialize later in our blockchain infrastructure teams (Gateway, Cluster, Smart Contracts).

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and operate core components of our trading platform, including the matching engine, order management systems, real-time market data, and trade data gateways.

Optimize backend services for low latency, high throughput, and high reliability.

Build and maintain resilient, scalable systems designed for a 24/7 mission-critical environment.

Collaborate with engineers, quants, and product managers to deliver product features.

Contribute to high engineering standards through code reviews and mentorship.

Job Requirements Required:

4+ years of professional experience building high-performance, distributed backend systems.

Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and a solid understanding of its concurrency models and performance characteristics.

Proven problem-solving skills, with a good foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.

A pragmatic approach to engineering with a track record of shipping robust, well-tested code.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):

Direct experience with trading systems, financial exchanges (in crypto or traditional finance), or HFT platforms.

Familiarity with performance tuning, low-latency optimization techniques, and building fault-tolerant systems.

An interest in or exposure to blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, L2s, Solidity).

Experience with modern infrastructure tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
