Job Description

  • Assist the Head of Department in formulating, developing, and executing overall strategies/plans for acquisition, development & divestment of assets in Malaysia.
  • Initiate sourcing, exploring, and identifying suitable investment opportunities in real estate of various asset classes as mandated by the Board/Management.
  • Evaluate and structure real estate deals.
