**What You'll Do:**
+ Complete intermediate to advanced-level accounting transactions in preparation for client financial statement packages.
+ Create and post journal entries and ensure that all expenses, receipts, owner's distributions, funding requests, and other transactions for the accounting period have been accurately posted.
+ Generate and review financial packages for accuracy and comprehensive reporting. Prepare packages on a schedule to ensure timely delivery to the client and other management teams.
+ Review and audit funding and payment requests for accuracy, documentation, and authorization in accordance with established operating procedures.
+ Respond to and resolve complex issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding various accounting issues and reports.
+ Recognize potential issues and conflicts and take corrective action to minimize issues.
+ Facilitate the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics.
+ Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
+ Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

Experience in Investment Management Projects skills would be an added advantage. Proficiency in Bloomberg PORT, Eagle IBOR, MSTR and Microsoft Office applications particularly advanced Excel skills. Creates financial models bases on analyses to support organizational decision making.

Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.

Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.

Work closely with stakeholders to improve their department's performance.

Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Perform budgeting and rolling forecast of company's / department's performance.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

Proven experience in the financial industry, fresh graduate is welcome to join

Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge & Competencies

Proficiency with databases, and financial software applications

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Perform Other Duties As Required

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 3-5 years’ related work experience within a manufacturing or technology work environment

Thorough knowledge in product costing, variance analysis, inventory reconciliation and inventory count

Hands on experience in accounting month-end process and preparing accounting reports

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SAP/S4 Hana (mandatory) required

Thorough understanding of a production driven work environment

Self‑motivated, responsible, well‑organized

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Positive attitude with ability to deliver high quality work in a timely manner

Possess good command of written and spoken English

Operates with a high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, global environment, builds and maintains positive work relationships.

Ability to satisfactorily complete position compliance and training requirements.
