**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct trade execution and operation support
+ Responsible for execution and monitoring of equity trades - ensure all trades are properly and accurately executed and timely
+ Responsible for cash flow projection and ensure sufficient funds for trade settlement, fees payment and creation and cancellation payment for all the funds
+ Assist and support investment management team in producing client servicing investment related collaterals on regular and ad-hoc basis
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Good knowledge and understanding of equities, equity related securities, derivatives, fixed income securities, money market and FX
+ Have problem solving skills to handle complex problems and to provide effective recommendations
+ Good understanding of the process and procedures of portfolio management, middle office and back office in asset management industry
+ Strong communications skill to deal with various internal and external parties
+ Candidates with 1-2 years of working experience within the investment operations space

- Ensure the attractiveness of the location, local information & communication, and building relationships with local stakeholders and the community.
- Provide local information to all managers and adopt a Line Manager Approach to ensure smooth operations.
Your Skills and Experience
As an Operations Service Manager, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Operations Service Improvement Manager, account management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Investment management services and practices. Understanding industry-specific trends and developments.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Projects you might work onDesign and implement operational workflows from the ground up, translating business and operational requirements into clear technical specifications.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support the smooth execution of investment products and related processes.

Provide analytical support to the investment and operations teams, contributing to projects that may span data requests, monitoring, fund analysis, or product enhancement initiatives.
Support the preparation of materials for quarterly reporting and Investment Committee (IC) meetings, as well as assisting with related ad-hoc requirements.

Provide analytical support to the investment and operations teams, contributing to projects that may span data requests, monitoring, fund analysis, or product enhancement initiatives. Support the preparation of materials for quarterly reporting and Investment Committee (IC) meetings, as well as assisting with related ad-hoc requirements. Accountability of the role
