Job Description

This job is all about managing inventory and working with the sales team to boost parts and lubricants sales. You might like this job because you’ll analyze market trends and optimize storage, helping the business run smoothly!

  • Responsible for managing parts inventory and conducting regular inventory analysis.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to conduct market research, identify potential sales-driving and slow-moving items, and develop promotional plans.
  • Responsible for reviewing and get approval for parts transfer order from branches, ensuring inventory is sufficient without excess.
  • Prepare sales performance reports on the progress of parts and lubricant product sales promotions.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize and utilization of storage space.
  • Plan regular stock check of the central and branches warehouse, coordinate warehouse team to analyses discrepancies, making corrective actions.
  • Responsible for managing Lubricants/parts inventory, procurement, and promotional plans.
  • Record and analyse market information for parts and lubricants sales, conduct cost analysis, and create feasible sales plans.
Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in a related field.
  • Experience in inventory and warehouse management is preferred.
  • Coming from Automotive/Heavy Machinery sectors will be highly advantageous.
  • Coming from any manufacturing sector will be highly considered.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, responsible, detail-oriented, and patient of work attitude.
  • Able to do data entry and data analysis as part of inventory management scopes.
  • Familiar with systems such as SAP/WMS/CRM as part of warehouse management scopes.
  • Proficient in speaking and writing in Chinese, English, and Malay.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to outstation travel for work when required.

We are seeking an experienced

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and advanced proficiency in SAP EWM . The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP EWM solutions that optimize warehouse operations and align with supply chain objectives. This role involves end-to-end solution development, stakeholder collaboration, system integration, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Solution Design & Configuration
  • Lead the design, customization, and configuration of SAP EWM to meet business needs.
  • Develop innovative warehouse management application solutions that enhance efficiency, inventory control, and automation.
  • Align SAP EWM functionalities with overall supply chain processes.
  • Testing & Deployment
  • Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, UAT) of SAP EWM functionalities and ensure deployment readiness.
  • Validate solutions against functional requirements and address issues through root cause analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with stakeholders across warehousing, logistics, IT, and procurement to gather requirements and deliver SAP EWM solutions.
  • Provide technical insights and functional expertise in cross-module processes involving MM, SD, and TM.
  • Continuous Improvement & Optimization
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to drive operational excellence.
  • Stay updated with SAP EWM innovations, industry trends, and best practices to improve system capabilities.
  • Integration & Interfaces
  • Manage interfaces and integrations with ERP, third-party logistics (3PL), automation systems, and RF (Radio Frequency) devices.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and process synchronization between SAP EWM and core SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on SAP EWM best practices, configurations, and documentation standards.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment through continuous knowledge sharing.
  • Support & Documentation
  • Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
  • Create detailed system documentation, user guides, and training materials.

  • Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM in configuration, implementation, and support roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP EWM, including:
  • Inbound and Outbound Processing
  • Warehouse Structure and Layout
  • Picking, Packing, and Putaway Strategies
  • Physical Inventory Management
  • RF Integration and Handling Units
  • Cross-docking, Wave Management, Yard Management (optional)
  • Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP EWM implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration.
  • Familiarity with ABAP debugging and collaborating with development teams.

    Job Summary

    Summary:

    The “ Inventory Control Analyst ” will be based in Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor .

    Working on daily inventory activities including cycle counting, data collection, implementing and reviewing processes to maintain inventory security and integrity to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum value to the company. Researches and disposes of excess inventory and makes recommendations for reducing and controlling inventory.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identifies root cause integrity discrepancies in the warehouse/stores.
    • Retrieves and researches information from the Manufacturing Requirements Planning system.
    • Liaises with other departments and senior department staff to highlight errors and implement improvements as required.
    • Carries out direct cycle count activities on site and coordinates count staff to ensure count schedules are maintained.
    • Assists in development of process improvements on site in relation to inventory related process steps and hold up for implementation.
    • Oversees and performs regular internal audits and external audit preparation in accordance to company's best practices and external required standards.
    • Produces statistical management information and key performance indicators measuring inventory performance and service levels provided to each customer.

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst 3, Inventory Control to join our team in Batu Kawan, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels, improving inventory accuracy, and enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.
    + Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
    + Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
    + Utilize ERP systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MES) to maintain inventory data accuracy and integrity.
    + Prepare regular reports and dashboards on inventory performance metrics (e.g., turnover, days on hand, stockouts).
    + Conduct regular cycle counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
    + Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making processes
    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory
    + Forecast demand and plan inventory requirements to meet business needs
    + Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records
    + Recommend process improvements, digitalization and automation to enhance inventory management practices.
    + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory control
