Key Responsibilities: End-User Support Provide on-site technical support for warehouse staff, including pickers, forklift drivers, and office users. Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, tablet, printer, barcode scanner, and mobile device issues. Assist with WMS terminals, handheld scanners, and label printers. System & Application Support Support Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP integrations, and custom logistics software. Ensure uptime and performance of picking/packing systems, inventory scanning tools, and shipping label platforms. Escalate software bugs or integration issues to developers or vendors. Hardware & Infrastructure Maintenance Maintain and repair IT equipment: PCs, network switches, routers, printers, RF scanners, CCTV, and VoIP phones. Set up and relocate devices for new stations, racking zones, or new warehouse areas. Monitor and maintain server room hardware (if onsite).
