Coordinate closely with Branch Managers and HQ departments for inventory and procurement planning.

Support audit processes (internal and external) by providing accurate data and documentation. Support compliance with procurement and inventory policies.

Assist in implementing digital inventory systems or ERP tools as the company scales.

Job Requirements Education:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Certification in Inventory, Procurement, or Safety Management is an advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in inventory or procurement roles, preferably in automotive, EV, or technical service industries.

Ensures team identifies the impact of excess and obsolescence and drives necessary actions to mitigate it. Ensures bills of material are accurate and collaborate with other teams on any engineering changes. Collaborates with different stakeholders to achieve Inventory Entitlement targets and drive results. Drives actions to meet the Inventory goals (Inventory cash adjusted and Turns), including performing accurate Inventory Projection. Leads the team to maintain continuous Material Supply to achieve the targeted inventory levels and turns. Ensures the team Performs material and capacity analysis before loading MPS. Monitor MPS accuracy, attainment and level load metrics and drive necessary actions to improve them. Validates that the team Performs Financial Impact Analysis (FIA) to mitigate inventory risk before loading MPS. Works with other departments to review and dispose of non-conforming materials. Ensures production schedules to meet the customer requirements to achieve high levels of on time delivery. Ensures proper POR including OAR management and timely execution. This role is responsible for managing the strategic supply chain management function, including inventory management, demand management, and supply chain optimization. Detailed Description

Drives team to manage material shortages to ensure Clear to Builds in collaboration with the Purchasing and SLM Team. Supports the team being the liaison between customer project management and internal departments on the introduction of new product requirements. Ensures the team performs a timely and accurate demand management process. Ensures proper Excess, Surplus and Obsolete inventory. Ensures team identifies the impact of excess and obsolescence and drives necessary actions to mitigate it. Ensures bills of material are accurate and collaborate with other teams on any engineering changes. Collaborates with different stakeholders to achieve Inventory Entitlement targets and drive results. Drives actions to meet the Inventory goals, including performing accurate Inventory Projection. Leads the team to maintain continuous Material Supply to achieve the targeted inventory levels and turns. Ensures the team Performs material and capacity analysis before loading MPS. Validates that the team Performs Financial Impact Analysis to mitigate inventory risk before loading MPS. Works with other departments to review and dispose of non-conforming materials. Ensures production schedules to meet the customer requirements to achieve high levels of on time delivery. Ensures proper POR including OAR management and timely execution. Drives necessary actions to meet revenue goals. Manages RMA orders and works with other departments to meet repair commitments. Monitors planning parameters to ensure optimized inventory levels. Ensures proper execution of the SIOP Process. Maintains responsibility for SCM Team training completion, performance management, development, recognition, coaching and compensation of employees. Reassigns personnel as necessary to optimize work and acts as a liaison with customers to ensure forecast commitments are met. Collaborates with other departments to improve supplyflex programs. Submits Investment Inventories for material that is not required for normal manufacturing operations. Follows global procedures and policies and drives practices aligned to them. Collaborates with Global and Segment teams to drive Inventory Management Operating System. Manages KRIs, Planning Metrics and drives necessary actions. Drives continuous improvements of SCM function through interactions with other departments. Develops and executes site inventory management processes including forecasting, analysis, reporting, action plans. Oversees design, development, integration and maintenance of SCM systems, tools, processes and training at the site. Qualifications

7+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years hands on experience in Project Management, Product Life Cycle, Change Management and NPI. A solid understanding of electronics manufacturing and planning is required. Understand the industry in which the customer resides. Understand the requirements for flexibility, cost and quality that will be needed by the customer. Define and monitor key performance metrics. Establish and grow internal and external relationships throughout multiple business levels of the account. Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Logistics Management, or related discipline, or an equivalent proven track record in an EMS or similar environment. Physical Demands

**What your background should look like**
- Master degree is plus
- 10 to 15+ years of experience in Supply chain roles - preferably operational and functional track records

- Highly customer centric oriented
- Supply planning experience, preferably within an environment recognized for SiOP maturity
- High proficiency in Material Management - Demand / Supply Planning & SiOP a Must - Customer Experience - Manufacturing Planning a Must
- Strong Analytical & continuous improvements Skills (problem solver) as well as good understanding of data analytics capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with various levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of SAP, IBP or equivalent planning tools a must

Overview

We are looking for a

dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer

to join our team. The role involves managing demand, planning production, coordinating with vendors and customers, and ensuring smooth flow of materials and goods. Responsibilities

Maintain customer demand in SAP system (sales orders & forecasts) and ensure data accuracy before EP generation. Plan and schedule production quantity based on customer orders; confirm orders after checking material status with vendors. Carry out routine supply chain operations and ensure accurate, timely updates in SAP system. Coordinate and communicate effectively with Sales PIC. Handle material liability claims in case of order cancellation or deferment. Control in-house production and subcontracting jobs, including issuing production orders for kitting purposes. Update production planning reports, investigate delays, and initiate corrective actions. Organize the flow of materials and parts according to the production plan. Plan and coordinate subcontracting jobs; obtain quotations for new projects when required. Arrange shipments as per customer requirements; update shipment tracker and advise Supply Chain Clerk to prepare invoices. Monitor finished goods consignment stock in customer warehouses and track stock movements. Interface with customers for consigned stock withdrawal and update orders on a weekly basis. Ensure proper inventory control aligned with company objectives. Ensure compliance with SOPs, QMS & LN at all times. Monitor material consumption for production; issue POs and make purchases as necessary. Track and resolve inventory issues; escalate when required. Manage inventory targets (safety stock levels, fill rate, MOH) in line with management approval. Perform other duties as assigned by superior or Supply Chain Manager. Requirements

Malay / English
