**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Plans, organizes, controls and executes a production schedule for a designated product or products including program coordination.
+ Develops production schedules based on actual and forecasted customer demand, product demand profiles and knowledge of the customer.
+ Analyzes inputs (e.g., capacity, board cycle times, urgency of request, material availability, etc.) to help determine schedule.
+ Analyzes internal impact (e.g., line scheduling, procurement, logistics, shipping, etc.) of customer scheduling.
+ Ensures quality and integrity of information used to generate materials requirements plan.
+ Revises plans as required based on analysis of actuals versus plan.
+ Manages issues associated with engineering changes to ensure minimal cost exposure, excess materials and risk to customer shipment.
+ Participates in the introduction of new products and supports the transfer/de-transfer of existing products through planning and analyzing of common and unique materials in support of project deadlines.
+ Communicates information on materials availability to support build plans throughout the product life cycle.
+ Maintains knowledge of customer volume fluctuations and determines the materials required.
+ Provides information to procurement on demand variances.
+ Develops and communicates short- and long-term commitments to customers to ship products.
+ Coordinates necessary resources to meet shipment commitments.
+ Reviews and reports on aggregate levels of product inventory, inventory exposure, backlog, availability and on-time delivery.
+ Develops recovery plans if missed shipments occur.
+ Leads continuous improvement of planning processes.
+ Facilitates development of processes and best practice models for outbound order fulfillment.
+ Provides leadership and support to employees of NAOF.

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels throughout the organization. Conduct and verify ongoing cycle counts daily to meet this goal in accordance with company procedures. Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct cycle count activity in all functional areas, raw materials and finished goods areas. Audit counts as needed. Schedule time with the warehouse supervisor each day to review variances. Reconcile each count, performing root cause analysis and trending. Track errors and report information to the parties responsible. Maintain rotation of inventory to ensure FIFO picking of lot number sequences. Report all cycle count data to management for review and publication. Determine accuracy percentages based on lines counted, units counted, and variance cost. Interface with the management of each functional area as needed. Review ABC classifications annually or at management’s discretion based on component criticality. Maintain all files, spreadsheets and systems pertaining to cycle counts and physical inventory. Troubleshoot areas where regular counts cannot be made in a timely manner. Make recommendations to improve the management of inventory. Cooperate with Finance in the performance of semi-annual audits. Cross train in Warehouse functions. Assist in regular Warehouse operations between cycle count duties. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications: Excellent attention to detail. Multiple location, RF and bar-coding experience helpful Warehouse and prior experience in manufacturing facility helpful, but not required Good housekeeping and record skills PC skills. Prior experience in standard inventory controls and practices General mathematical skills Ability to read, understand, and follow Company quality policy. May create and/or maintain databases in help of data collection. Audits data. Resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations. Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics. Where applicable, suggest process/communication improvements relative to metric tracking activities. Tracks materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required. Daily review of RMA transactions. Create weekly purchase orders including all client parts. Receive data entry for clients. Update content list and item master. Prepare DPT packing list for LCAD repairing. Window to client material (consigned parts) supply. Window to client bulk RMA service. Specialized Job may be required for certain positions. The Opportunity: In this role, you will be accountable of optimizing inventory levels and ensuring efficient replenishment processes. Your primary responsibility is to support data-driven decision-making through comprehensive analysis and reporting.
What Your Impact Will Be
Inventory Analysis Conduct in-depth analysis of inventory levels, trends, and forecasts to optimize stock levels across all product categories and locations. Demand Forecasting Collaborate with the forecasting team to analyze demand patterns and ensure accurate forecasting models are maintained. Replenishment Optimization Implement strategies to improve replenishment processes, including optimizing safety stock levels and replenishment schedules. Performance Monitoring Track and report on key inventory metrics such as inventory health, forecast variance, inventory projections, and fill rate. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Data Management Maintain and update inventory databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, including Quality-related incidents. Reporting Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review, highlighting inventory performance, trends, and exceptions. Manage a suite of regional/local market reports to inform inventory decision-making. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in inventory management practices.
What We’re Looking For
Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred. Experience Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry. Skills Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools. Knowledge of inventory management software is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

to be part of our Haleon office in Malaysia. Job Purpose Participate in month-end GL (general ledger) closing activities and financial reporting of Market’s results. Support in the preparation and review of Balance Sheet reconciliations Review of journal entries and execution of Internal Controls in accordance with Haleon Internal Control Finance Framework. Collaborate with stakeholders and other functions (e.g. Controllership, Customer Service & Logistics, Supply Chain, Stat & Tax) to ensure successful month-end closing, reporting activities. Be accountable for the timeliness, accuracy, relevance and integrity of financial analyses and reports. Responsible for the financial reporting of the designated activities and entities. Your Responsibilities Lead and perform the Month-End Close activities, ensuring GL and other activities are performed with quality and according to the timelines. Lead the InterCompany Tracking (ICT) volume’s submission review and analysis. Inventory management (Stock Provisions, NRV, Transfer Pricing, PPV, LAV, GRNI) to ensure P&L and BS reporting for Markets you are responsible for are accurate. Review/processing of provisions, accruals, standard journals etc. Reviewing and preparing balance sheet reconciliations Work with the Supply Chain function, Markets and Controllers for any Inventory and ICT related issues/concerns Review intercompany reconciliations Propose process improvements on the Inventory and Intercompany tracking process Ensure adherence to Haleon ICFW Controls, making sure risks are minimized and all required evidence are in place. Any ad-hoc request or additional activities as required by LOC and management team. Provides support to external and internal audit. Perform variances analysis with commentaries, by comparing actual vs forecast and actual vs prior month/prior year movement for both P&L and Balance sheet Requirements You are an experienced and passionate Analyst with the following: 6+ years of Financial Reporting Strong background in Inventory and Cost Accounting including Intercompany process. Experience on Internal Control Framework environment, ideally Sarbanes Oxley. Experience in working in Shared Service Centre in financial accounting and preferably from multinational environment. Demonstrate a good Commercial mindset and being able to interact with stakeholders at different level. An individual with a positive/”can do” attitude and a team player. Used to lead activities and interact/manage stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pro-active, self-motivated and displaying initiative in solving problems Actively seeks to improve processes making them more effective and efficient Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to plan and manage workload to ensure all key deadlines is met. Used to work with tight timelines and in a demanding environment. Must be fluent in English – both written and spoken SAP, Bison, Lumira experience is an advantage. Degree in Finance/Accounting and preferably a CPA, CMA, ACCA qualification or equivalent Proficiency in Excel & other databases, including use of advanced formulas. Job Description
Support complex entities by applying a strong understanding of business operations and the economic environment.
Coordinate the accurate and timely recording of financial activities, including stock reconciliations, material and landed cost variance analysis, costing worksheets, cost revaluation, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Prepare monthly assumption files for revaluation changes and perform cost ledger/cost simulation/cost freeze in relevant systems.
Prepare and analyse group transfer pricing, providing insights into price fluctuations.
Monitor open and overdue items, ensuring timely resolution through communication and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
Review reports prepared by Costing Executives, validate accuracy, and provide feedback to improve data quality and timeliness.
Resolve or escalate complex issues raised by team members, providing support and oversight as required.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders internally and externally to support operational and reporting requirements.
Support the preparation of documents and adjustments for monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members, and support supervisory responsibilities where applicable.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting with strong knowledge of standard costing and inventory management.
Strong technical knowledge in standard costing, inventory management, and cost accounting.
Proficiency in financial systems with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams and geographies.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members.
