The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be accountable of optimizing inventory levels and ensuring efficient replenishment processes. Your primary responsibility is to support data-driven decision-making through comprehensive analysis and reporting.
What Your Impact Will Be
- Inventory Analysis Conduct in-depth analysis of inventory levels, trends, and forecasts to optimize stock levels across all product categories and locations.
- Demand Forecasting Collaborate with the forecasting team to analyze demand patterns and ensure accurate forecasting models are maintained.
- Replenishment Optimization Implement strategies to improve replenishment processes, including optimizing safety stock levels and replenishment schedules.
- Performance Monitoring Track and report on key inventory metrics such as inventory health, forecast variance, inventory projections, and fill rate. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Data Management Maintain and update inventory databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, including Quality-related incidents.
- Reporting Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review, highlighting inventory performance, trends, and exceptions. Manage a suite of regional/local market reports to inform inventory decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in inventory management practices.
- Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Skills
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of inventory management software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the research of data.

- Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on research of data from multiple sources, which may include but will not be limited to customer bills of material reports, staff metrics, PPV metrics, and PPV form tracking.
- May create and/or maintain databases in help of data collection.
- Audits data. Resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.
- Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.
- Where applicable, suggest process/communication improvements relative to metric tracking activities.
- Tracks materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required.
- Daily review of RMA transactions.
- Create weekly purchase orders including all client parts.

Job SummarySummary:
The “ Inventory Control Analyst ” will be based in Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor .
Working on daily inventory activities including cycle counting, data collection, implementing and reviewing processes to maintain inventory security and integrity to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum value to the company. Researches and disposes of excess inventory and makes recommendations for reducing and controlling inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies root cause integrity discrepancies in the warehouse/stores.
- Retrieves and researches information from the Manufacturing Requirements Planning system.
- Liaises with other departments and senior department staff to highlight errors and implement improvements as required.
- Carries out direct cycle count activities on site and coordinates count staff to ensure count schedules are maintained.
- Assists in development of process improvements on site in relation to inventory related process steps and hold up for implementation.
- Oversees and performs regular internal audits and external audit preparation in accordance to company's best practices and external required standards.
- Produces statistical management information and key performance indicators measuring inventory performance and service levels provided to each customer.
- Monitors procedural compliance; holds up implementation of new procedures in conjunction with management and operations.
- Liaises with internal and external customers and deals with requests and issues.
- Research excess inventory by customer and makes recommendations for reducing excess and obsolete material including coordination of movement of excess material back to the customer.
- Negotiates sales price and coordinates the sale of excess material.
- Provides escalation point to inventory management in relation to unresolved issues.
- Maintains metrics acknowledge to site or corporate requirements and produces reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelor degree in relevant field.

Overview
The Supply Chain & Demand Planning Manager is a critical, hands-on role responsible for the end-to-end management of GVig's inventory flow. This individual will be the analytical engine of our operations, responsible for creating accurate demand forecasts and then managing the entire supply chain—including inventory, procurement, and logistics—to meet that demand. The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with a strong background in both forecasting and operational execution, capable of ensuring our products are in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantity to support our global distributor network.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Planning & Forecasting:
- Develop Forecasts: Create and maintain accurate, SKU-level demand forecasts for all brands using statistical modeling, historical sales data, and market intelligence.
- Lead Demand Review: Lead the monthly Demand Review process as part of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, collaborating closely with the Commercial (Sales & Brand) teams to incorporate their inputs on promotions, new product launches, and market trends.
- Analyze Performance: Track and analyze forecast accuracy KPIs. Conduct root cause analysis on significant variances and implement corrective actions to improve future forecasts.
- New Product Forecasting: Work with the Brand and Innovation teams to develop initial forecasts for new product launches.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management:
- Inventory Strategy: Translate the demand plan into a clear inventory strategy. Set and manage target stock levels (including safety stock) for both finished goods and raw materials to optimize availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Supply Planning: Work directly with the production team to align the production schedule with the demand plan.
- Procurement: Oversee the procurement of raw materials and packaging components based on the production plan, ensuring timely delivery from suppliers.
- Logistics & Warehouse Oversight: Manage the relationship with our logistics partners and oversee warehouse operations. Ensure efficient receipt of goods, proper storage, and timely dispatch of orders to our international distributors.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements in the planning and supply chain processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain role, with at least 3 years focused specifically on demand planning or forecasting.
· Experience in the consumer goods (FMCG), beauty/skincare, or a related industry.
· Hands-on experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
· Experience participating in or leading a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process is highly desirable.

- Understand the impact of business dynamics and translate them into the demand plan: NPD, phase-in/out, promotions, events, seasonality, tenders, contracts, activations
- Monitor, analyze, understand and challenge the quality of the enrichments provided by the commercial teams (assumptions, deltas, consumption, trends, issues, gaps, risks, opportunities) and issue advice at request or at own initiative based on own expertise
- Manage the weekly and monthly demand review process as part of the S&OP cycle
- Manage any activities related to the constraining and allocation process and ensure the match of demand & supply
- Monitor and take initiatives to improve the KPI indicators: Forecast accuracy, forecast bias, service level and waste
- Execute flawless analysis and set up/provide adequate reporting when necessary
- Align with supply points on availability and work continuously on improving supply chain as a whole

- Develop and maintain reliable demand forecasts using historical sales data, statistical models, and market intelligence in Kinaxis Maestro.
- Cleanse historical data to eliminate noise from exceptional events and apply relevant assumptions to improve forecast quality.
- Monitor and analyse key demand planning KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Value Add (FVA), and Forecast Bias, and drive continuous improvement.

- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus point to communicate with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
- 6-8 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a complex supply chain environment.
- Hands-on experience with advanced planning systems - Kinaxis Maestro highly desirable.
- Proficiency in ERP platforms such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or JDE.

Job Purpose
Participate in month-end GL (general ledger) closing activities and financial reporting of Market’s results. Support in the preparation and review of Balance Sheet reconciliations
Review of journal entries and execution of Internal Controls in accordance with Haleon Internal Control Finance Framework.
Collaborate with stakeholders and other functions (e.g. Controllership, Customer Service & Logistic, Supply Chain, Stat & Tax) to ensure successful month-end closing, reporting activities.
Be accountable for the timeliness, accuracy, relevance and integrity of financial analyses and reports.
Responsible for the financial reporting of the designated activities and entities.
Your Responsibilities :
Lead and performing the Month-End Close activities, ensuring GL and other activities are performed with quality and according to the timelines.
Lead the InterCompany Tracking (ICT) volume’s submission review and analysis.
Inventory management (Stock Provisions, NRV, Transfer Pricing, PPV, LAV, GRNI) to ensure P&L and BS reporting for Markets you are responsible for are accurate.
Review/processing of provisions, accruals, standard journals etc.
Reviewing and preparing balance sheet reconciliations
Work with the Supply Chain function, Markets and Controllers for any Inventory and ICT related issues/concerns
Review intercompany reconciliations
Propose process improvements on the Inventory and Intercompany tracking process
Ensure adherence to Haleon ICFW Controls, making sure risks are minimized and all required evidence are in place.
Any ad-hoc request or additional activities as required by LOC and management team.
Provides support to external and internal audit.
Perform variances analysis with commentaries, by comparing actual vs forecast and actual vs prior month/prior year movement for both P&L and Balance sheet
Requirements:
You are an experienced and passionate Analyst with the following:
6+ years of Financial Reporting
Strong background in Inventory and Cost Accounting including Intercompany process.
Experience on Internal Control Framework environment, ideally Sarbanes Oxley.
Experience in working in Shared Service Centre in financial accounting and preferably from multinational environment.
Demonstrate a good Commercial mindset and being able to interact with stakeholders at different level.
An individual with a positive/” can do” attitude and a team player. Used to lead activities and interact/manage stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pro-active, self-motivated and displaying initiative in solving problems
Actively seeks to improve processes making them more effective and efficient
Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to plan and manage workload to ensure all key deadlines is met.
Used to work with tight timelines and in a demanding environment.
Must be fluent in English – both written and spoken
SAP, Bison, Lumira experience is an advantage.
Degree in Finance/Accounting and preferably a CPA, CMA, ACCA qualification or equivalent
