**Eligibility**
To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme :
+ You are required to have graduated (Bachelors /Masters / PhD) prior to your first day at Shell.
+ To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you should be in your final year of study or have less than three years of relevant work experience.
+ Possess leadership presence and involvement in team working environment experience.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Have valid work authorization in Malaysia.
