Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in international sales/business development within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of entering and growing new international markets.
- Strong understanding of international trade, export regulations, and logistics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Assemble and de-assemble product packages, issuing of invoices for expired and free product samples and ensure stock for product packages and ala-carte orders are sufficient in the system.
To provide stockist and service leader orders to the warehouse and ensure the order is correctly picked and packed and service provider delivers the parcels according to the stipulated timeframe.
To monitor the physical stock at warehouse and to highlight to the superior if any quantity discrepancy. An accurate stock report must be prepared on a weekly basis to check on the movement of stock and provide a copy of the report to the superior. Provide purchase order received to the production unit and feedback shipment details to the stockist.
To upload all training materials, banners, information and email blast to distributors.
To prepare monthly newsletters and email blast to all distributors.
To coordinate with our IT team whenever there is a back office system issue and to inform respective country once the system issue has been resolved by IT.
To prepare and submit a comprehensive monthly report for all assigned countries as requested by the superior.
Assist and support the overall operational functions of the International Department including promotional trips.
Able to handle multiple tasks and any other assignment as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
