Job Summary:
The Talent Engagement Specialist handles full-cycle recruitment activities to attract top talent across various functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment processes and employer branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from requisition to offer, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, engage, and pipeline top talent using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events)
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure fit for role requirements and company culture
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to report on hiring progress and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on the latest talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and talent market trends
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions

Key Responsibilities
1. Support specific core HCP/O Engagement processes for aligned Business unit, Region, or Local Operating Company.
Maintain specific core HCP/O and EE engagement processes specific to enterprise HCP/O and EE requirements and aligned with GSK Code of Practice and relevant engagement policies and written standards.
Delivery of operational activities to support specific therapy aligned HCP/O and EE engagements.
Ensuring customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner
Ensure HCP/EE travel is booked compliantly in line with GSK policy.
Maintain documentation compliance and retention to required standards
Assisting in the delivery of level 1 quality framework (checklists) and support of QA audits (level 2-3).

Responsibilities- Deliver the best ‘first impression’ and consistent exceptional PRUexperience to customers across all channels.
- Ensure customers are given meaningful updates for non-FCR cases handled by Customer Engagement Centres.
- Ensure complex customer’s needs are fulfilled by performing timely escalation and proper handover of non-FCR cases.
- Handle walk-ins, live chats, and outbound customer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Identify customer’s needs and provide accurate responses in accordance with agreed quality, compliance, and service level standards.
- Be prompt and accurate in completing all related administrative activities, in accordance with relevant service and regulatory standards.
- Interact in fulfilling customer simple to medium complex enquiries.
- Have authority limits on identify processes.
- Be empowered to make simple and straightforward decisions.
- Manage and maintain data integrity in all systems used.
- Liaise with other units and departments to resolve customers’ issues.
- Keep up to date with new or enhanced products/services to maintain a high level of quality service to customers.
- Undertake outbound customer relationship management calls as and when appropriate.
- Record and prepare any statistics or information required by Management.
- Support Management in continuously reviewing processes, identifying and resolving service gaps through constructive feedback, and implementing process improvements where appropriate.
- Perform any other job-related duties and projects as assigned by superior.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and manage the development of key Customer Engagement innovations.

- Ensure high-level technical consistency of solution with business and enterprise technology standards.

Risk Management
- Mitigate technical risks and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Ensure compliance with application security and regulatory standards.
- Manage technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support required solution to achieve ERR Treatment plan
- Proactively identify and address potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with bank compliance guidelines & standards (e.g. data protection)
- Ensure product and solution development is aligned with enterprise architecture and standards.
- Maintain consistency in technical practices across squads.
- Lead governance of application/platform-specific technical standards.
- Address tech compliance (ESDLC) requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Represent sub domain in relevant architecture forum and drive vendor solutions in accordance with organizational standards.
