The Medical Affairs team collaborates with the leaders of Sleep, Respiratory Care, SaaS, ResMed Healthcare, and Asia Growth Markets to ensure our work, especially our clinical research and market access projects, align with their strategic priorities. Job Description Summary

As a Clinical Integration Specialist within ResMed’s Medical Affairs Operational Excellence team, you will ensure clinical accuracy in label reviews, streamline knowledge management processes, and support the integration of clinical content throughout the organization. You will collaborate with global teams to update and organize knowledge assets, assist with literature searches, and manage training materials. This role also involves process optimization, timely stakeholder communication, and providing support for various Clinical Integration projects to enhance ResMed’s global impact in sleep-disordered breathing and respiratory care.

The Medical Affairs department is the clinical research, scientific communication and clinical advocacy arm of ResMed. We ensure that ResMed’s products are safe and effective, and we communicate the benefits to policy makers, healthcare providers, clinicians and patients to ensure patients have the best access to care.

The function of Clinical Integration sits in the Clinical Communications & Integration team in Medical Affairs, and it aims to integrate our global clinical content across the Medical Affairs functions, as well as internally to the business. This includes ensuring access to knowledge assets both for Medical Affairs and the whole ResMed organisation. The Clinical Communications & Integration team is globally distributed, with Clinical Integration Specialists based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, reporting to the Manager, Clinical Integration.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage label review workflows for Medical Affairs; this includes review of content for clinical accuracy.
  2. Support process management of label review needs for Medical Affairs; may also include content review to support external materials.
  3. Support the build of systems and processes to ensure the Clinical Integration team can grow with scale with ResMed’s needs.
  4. Understand ResMed’s products and services for clinical application to actively and effectively conduct literature searches as applicable to the role.
  5. Learn about software tools for scientific publications in order to assist users in their requests for information, including purchasing articles if required, creating bibliographies and research folders for particular subjects.
  6. Update and organise the knowledge management training materials for users to help make training easy and accessible to a range of users.
  7. Ensure inquiries received through the clinical integration inbox are being responded to appropriately and timely.
  8. Proactively contribute to clinical integration initiatives and identify areas of improvement for knowledge management services to the medical affairs organization.
  9. Provide regular progress updates to managers and present key project updates to broader Medical Affairs teams.
  10. Manage the Medical Affairs intranet and support communication of Medical Knowledge platforms and updates across the organisation.

Desired Skills and Experience

  1. Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in science or clinical field; Master’s degree would be preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  3. Strong clinical/academic background in sleep and respiratory medicine.
  4. Experience in working with or deep understanding of published clinical trials.
  5. Experience in literature searches, with ability to provide intelligent summary of findings.
  6. Independent individual contributor; experience in proactively moving projects toward goals with a remote team and collaborating across multiple time zones.
  7. Experience with clinical content within a regulated commercial organization (e.g. pharma, medtech, medical device).
  8. Computer proficiency is a must with experience and/or interest in learning new software tools and genAI platforms.
  9. Experience with purchase requisitions and accounts codes would be helpful.

Wessex Water is looking for an experienced DevOps Integration Engineer to join our Software Development team. Youll serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in integration technologies, working closely with project teams to design, implement, monitor, and maintain robust integration solutions using the Azure tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and support of integration platforms.

  • Design, implement, and monitor integrations using Azure services.

  • Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and PMs to ensure best practices.

  • Ensure integration development aligns with security and data standards.

  • Support the decommissioning of legacy integration systems.

Required Skills & Experience:
