**Principal Responsibilities:**
+ Driving the insurance product strategy and work with Third Party Insurance providers for best product solutions and proposition.
+ Implementing new products & product variants capable of being embedded with existing product range portfolio to meet customer needs and expectations.
+ Implementing and management of new channel of distribution/enhancement of sales process and customer service delivery standard to improve efficiency and profitability.

+ Developing new sales techniques, analysing market competition, and evaluating the cost and benefits for all products and sales initiatives to ensure that they are profitable and competitive.
+ Managing effective business relationship with 3rd party Insurance Providers at operational level and driving the execution of new product launches, product training and marketing initiatives and campaign
+ Identifying customer needs, and establishment of potential cross-selling/up-selling opportunities, to enhance insurance penetration via comprehensive Insurance solutions.
+ Manage and drive the implementation of end-to-end sales process for new product offerings, including system development and enhancement, effectively
+ Implement insurance sales quality process, embedding changes and ensure all relevant controls are implemented in order to achieve a satisfactory audit rating, effectively.
+ Conduct the training of sales quality framework for new onboarding sales staff to be in line with the Global Standard.
+ Researching and compiling regular update of competitors' product launch, offers and counter-objections strategies for enhancement of selling skills and competitive product knowledge.
+ Manage and coordinating sales seminars or product training to prepare sales staff in conducting sales of insurance/takaful product according to customers' needs.

+ At least a bachelor's degree in any related discipline is required.
+ 5-10 years of working experience as a wealth management or financial market.

**The Role:** Insurance Senior Risk Analyst
**The Team** : The Business Risk Management team is responsible for managing various insurance policies to protect S&P Global against fortuitous risks. Within the team, there is a great deal of collaboration as members collectively participate in major insurance renewals and projects.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist with the renewals of S&P Global's Property, Casualty, Umbrella Liability, Errors & Omissions Liability, Directors & Officers Liability, Fiduciary Liability and Cyber-risk renewals. This involves compiling underwriting data, participating in strategy discussions, reviewing quotes, binders and policies and monitoring payment of invoices.
+ Assist with E&O, Cyber and Fiduciary claims which includes legal expense and reimbursement tracking, and liaising with Legal and outside counsel on insurer requests
+ Assist with Casualty claims: Manage TPA and WTW's work in the reporting and settlement of Workers Compensation, Automobile Liability and General Liability claims. Liaise with our HR, Payroll and Real Estate to obtain relevant data related to the claims
+ Manage/coordinate Certificate of Insurance and auto ID requests/issuance
+ Maintain department records such as policy record, loss reserve balance, invoice log
+ Recommend insurance requirements in vendor and client contracts
+ Assist with the integration of acquired entities into S&P Global's insurance programs
+ Provide data for the insurer's audit of our Casualty program and Casualty actuarial loss review
+ Coordinate with Real Estate and insurers on property loss control visits and monitor responses to insurer recommendations
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree required
+ At least 4 years of risk management, underwriting or brokerage experience
+ ARM or CPCU designation a plus

**What You'll Do**
+ Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling.
