Lead detailed analysis to guide the decision-making process to support end-solutions for clients Lead the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timely execution, high quality, and lasting client impact Structure and guide problem-solving with client and project teams, distilling complex challenges into actionable insights Produce solutions to complex problems demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the subject matter and an ability to think independently and communicate such concisely Mentor consultants and senior consultants to increase their industry-specific knowledge and practical experiences across insurance transformation Conduct market and trend analyses to support the business in identifying strategic opportunities for growth Act as a thought leader and define business development and marketing activities Maintain and develop deep industry knowledge to keep a breadth of client needs and proactively recommend new and innovative solutions

About you:

Must be based in Malaysia and require no work pass to start work Degree holder Experience in Project Management / Business Analysis roles in the life or non-life insurance domain, or from technology consulting and/or industry roles with exposure to project work Project experience in one of the following areas is a must – Distribution, Digital and AI-led distribution transformation, core system implementation and/or enhancement, underwriting, claims, financial or technical accounting, operational process improvement Demonstrated project leadership and business analysis experience managing small teams or workstreams Proven detailed understanding of the opportunities and dependencies that both business and technology play in a client’s organisation Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to identify complex problems, consider them analytically and conceptualise solutions Impeccable communication, presentation and facilitation skills, and experience communicating with clients at various levels across an organisation Candidates with minimal work experience but possess relevant academic background and strong co-curricular records and/or relevant internships are encouraged to apply

Senior Executive, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

As a Senior Executive in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), you will report directly to the Chief Risk Officer, playing a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various departments. You will collaborate with business units to manage risks effectively, execute risk management initiatives, and ensure business continuity through well-planned and timely actions.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with departments and operating units to identify potential risks, offering timely recommendations and support to effectively manage those risks.

· Monitor and follow up on outstanding risk management matters, including semi-annual re- assessment submissions, implementation of action plans, and matters concerns raised during risk reviews.

· Execute the assigned Risk Management Initiatives covering Financial, Operational, and Technology Risks. This includes conducting Risk Assessments, Risk Monitoring, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), among other tasks, ensuring thorough and timely completion of all assignments.

· Develop and prepare materials for briefing and training sessions to enhance awareness and understanding of enterprise risk management across the organization.

· Support the Chief Risk Officer in maintaining strong and effective working relationships with regulators, external auditors, senior management, and other key stakeholders.

· Experience or knowledge in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) is a plus.

Requirements

· A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting/ Business Administration/ Finance / Internal Audit or other relevant discipline

· Professional qualifications related to Accounting, Risk Management, Internal Control, IT (i.e. CISA, ISACA) will be added advantage.

· Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Risk Management or Internal Audit, preferably in Insurance industry.

· Proven ability identifying issues/defects and recommending solutions.

· Intermediate level skills working with the MS Office suite of tools and Microsoft excel.

· Strong problem solving, communication, writing and business presentation skills.

· Ability to multi-task.

· Strong team player with good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
