Brief Description of Duties:
- Perform detailed in-service inspections of pressure vessels, piping systems, storage tanks and other industrial equipment.
- Perform inspections of industrial products at vendors.
- Assess equipment condition and identify potential integrity risks
- Document inspection findings with comprehensive technical reports
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
- Candidate must posses valid certification in CSWIP 3.1, API 510 & API 570. Having other certifications such as CSWIP BGAS/NACE, API 653, API 936, API 581, CSWIP RI and ASNT will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in NDT techniques
- Strong knowledge of ASME BPVC, API Standards and Safety Regulations
- Advanced understanding of material degradation mechanisms
- Knowledge in risk-based inspection methodologies
- Proficient with inspection software and reporting tools
- Ability to work in industrial environments (Onshore & Offshore)
- Comfortable with field work and site inspections

PIPING AND PRESSURE VESSELS RBI ENGINEER
As Piping and Pressure Vessels Risk Based Inspection Engineer, you play a critical role during Operation Readiness phase in ensuring the integrity and reliability management of piping systems during operations phase. Your expertise in risk-based inspection will help to develop and implement inspection strategies that minimize risks and ensure compliance with Company, Country and industry standards and regulations.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITES- You develop and implement Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) solutions for piping and Pressure Vessel systems compliant to Company, Country and Industry standards, regulations and specifications.
- You deliver the Piping and Pressure Vessel RBI strategies at the Project(s) committed dates.
- You perform detailed risk assessments of Piping and Pressure Vessel systems, identifying critical components and determining inspection intervals based on risk factors.
- You collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure effective integration of RBI strategies into the overall asset integrity management plan.
- You review and interpret technical documentation, including design drawings and specifications, to ensure all Piping and Pressure Vessel inspection plans are in compliance with Operations Performance Standards.
- You prepare and present reports on RBI findings, trends, and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- You support the development of inspection plans and procedures, ensuring they are in line with RBI principles and operational requirements.
- You provide technical guidance and training to inspection and maintenance teams on RBI methodologies and practices.
- You participate in safety reviews, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards associated with Piping and Pressure Vessel systems.
- You coordinate contractors and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary resources and services for to carry out integrity activities relating to Piping and Pressure Vessels in Operation Readiness.
- You prepare the RBI Contractors' Request for Quotations, Purchase Requests and review related invoices.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Certification in relevant RBI methodologies (e.g., API 580/581) or 5 years practical RBI experience in operations.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Piping and Pressure Vessel inspection, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Risk-Based Inspection management of upstream Oil & Gas operating assets, FPSO experience being preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the International Standard driving the Piping and Pressure Vessel standards and regulations, such as ASTM/API/ASME/BS/NACE/ABS Class.
- Knowledge of Classification Society Rules for FPSOs is preferred.
- Proven experience in risk assessment, inspection, and incident investigation.
- Experience offshore is a plus.
- Experience in FPSO turn-key projects is a plus.

You coordinate contractors and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary resources and services for to carry out integrity activities relating to Piping and Pressure Vessels in Operation Readiness. You prepare the RBI Contractors' Request for Quotations, Purchase Requests and review related invoices. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Certification in relevant RBI methodologies (e.g., API 580/581) or 5 years practical RBI experience in operations. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Piping and Pressure Vessel inspection, preferably within the oil and gas industry. Minimum 2 years of experience in Risk-Based Inspection management of upstream Oil & Gas operating assets, FPSO experience being preferred. Strong knowledge of the International Standard driving the Piping and Pressure Vessel standards and regulations, such as ASTM/API/ASME/BS/NACE/ABS Class. Knowledge of Classification Society Rules for FPSOs is preferred. Proven experience in risk assessment, inspection, and incident investigation. Experience offshore is a plus. Experience in FPSO turn-key projects is a plus. ON OFFER :
