Brief Description of Duties:
- Perform detailed in-service inspections of pressure vessels, piping systems, storage tanks and other industrial equipment.
- Perform inspections of industrial products at vendors.
- Assess equipment condition and identify potential integrity risks
- Document inspection findings with comprehensive technical reports
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
- Candidate must posses valid certification in CSWIP 3.1, API 510 & API 570. Having other certifications such as CSWIP BGAS/NACE, API 653, API 936, API 581, CSWIP RI and ASNT will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in NDT techniques
- Strong knowledge of ASME BPVC, API Standards and Safety Regulations
- Advanced understanding of material degradation mechanisms
- Knowledge in risk-based inspection methodologies
- Proficient with inspection software and reporting tools
- Ability to work in industrial environments (Onshore & Offshore)
- Comfortable with field work and site inspections

- Lead QA/QC activities during Turnaround/Shutdown, including worklist development, inspection findings, and closure monitoring.
- Maintain and update inspection files, equipment strategies, and plant history records.
- Provide expertise in material selection, corrosion monitoring, welding procedures, and repair techniques.
- Stay updated on new technology and techniques in materials, corrosion, and non-destructive testing.

- Mission mandate - 3 missions per year
