IT Infrastructure Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide on-site PC support
· Provide extended help (i.e. Resolution / Escalation) to Helpdesk team and Remote IS
· Involve in operation support and support various functional duties (i.e. Helpdesk, Network and Data Centre)
· Participate in infrastructure projects as and when require
· Perform pre-defined Systems administrative tasks
· Provide training to users Document system and user manual, operational procedures
· Maintain IT inventory
· Interface between users and IS team for request and issue
· Provide daily operation support
· Travel to Singapore for IT Support as and when required
Job Requirements:
· Diploma in Information System or equivalent
· 1 to 2 years of IT experiences on PC support (i.e. Microsoft Windows 7/10 etc.; Office Applications etc.)
· Possess Knowledge in Networking; Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 Server (i.e. Active Directory; Exchange etc.)
· Preferably certified with MCSA
· Possess good interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated with good ability to learn new skills
· Initiative to improve service level

- Maintain and troubleshoot network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controller, and access points).
