We are seeking a diligent and motivated Quantity Surveyor / Project Management Protégé to assist in the commercial and contractual documentation aspects of an infrastructure project.
Duration: 8 months
Monthly Allowance: RM2,000
Structured training + real-world experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, compilation, and tracking of contractual and commercial documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of correspondences, contract drawings, site instructions, and progress reports.
- Support in cost monitoring and control by documenting variations and change orders.
- Prepare and organize progress claims, interim valuations, and payment certifications.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong interest in infrastructure projects, aerospace and commercial management.
- Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with document control systems is a plus.

Lead market research & analysis to identify trends & opportunities in semiconductor industry. Analyse client’s business, market, competitors and make appropriate inferences. Also, interpret data in context of industry and company specific issues.
Provide support to the client facing teams and/or handle client projects directly.
Contribute significantly to areas such as analyses of client’s problem statements/technology trends, building assets and accelerators, developing GTM strategies etc., thereby bringing value to the client; The reports that you generate will be incorporated into our client reports
Participate in RFPs and execute client projects
Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers & presentations, on semiconductor topics

Your experience counts!
Bachelors/Masters in engineering (or equivalent) + MBA
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in semiconductor industry (working for an IDM/foundry in manufacturing space) and/or management consulting handling semiconductor clients
Prior experience in customer management and/or conducting research and preparing client ready reports
Post MBA experience in one or more of the following:
Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Organization Strategy, Pricing & Profit Optimization, GTM, Growth & Innovation, Strategic Planning, Sales & Distribution, Consumer Marketing, Digital Commerce, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc. - in semiconductor industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Integrated MS/DX Analyst . This critical role involves providing comprehensive technical support for a variety of systems, including servers, POS equipment, and other critical infrastructure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and resolving inquiries, performing troubleshooting within defined SLAs, monitoring system health, and managing server operations.
This position requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including Japanese-speaking clients and counterparts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incident Management: Receive and respond to inquiries via email and phone, resolving them timely and effectively within established SLAs.
- System Monitoring: Monitor multiple systems, servers, and POS equipment using various monitoring tools, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to servers, POS equipment, and other supported systems.
- Server Management: Perform server backups, maintenance, and operational tasks to ensure system stability and availability.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on system performance, incidents, and other relevant metrics for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall system performance.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients, especially Japanese-speaking clients and counterparts, providing clear and concise updates on incident status and system performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in IT support focused on server management and network troubleshooting. Experience using monitoring tools.
- Monitoring operations using management tools.
- Strong understanding of server operating systems (Windows).
- Experience with POS systems.
- Ability to follow procedures for power ON/OFF settings, manual operations, stopping and restarting OS on virtual platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (N1 or N2).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Able to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to work in the designated project room at the head office.
