The Role
The role will be driving the continuous improvement of finance processes by managing, optimizing and integrating finance-related systems. This role will be responsible for ensuring financial systems efficiency and effectiveness while leveraging technology to automate manual processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial operations, a strong technical background, ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders and a passion for finance transformation.
Responsibilities:- Finance Systems Management
- administration, maintenance, optimization, integration of Netsuite and other finance systems
- collect and implement new user requirements and change requests.
- handle system upgrades, testing and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted system performance and data accuracy.
- collaborate effectively with external system vendors.
- Continuous Process Improvement
- recommend process improvements through technology based solutions, including the assessment of new third party software
- drive project management efforts in the process automation area
- support identification and enforcement of best practices for system configuration, security and data management in line with IPO readiness standards
- Inter-departmental Collaboration & Support
- work closely with finance, tech and business stakeholders to design and implement system solutions that meet user requirements
- being the POC for the Shared Service Center teams (AP & AR) for any need related to systems and automation, including Audit
- being the POC for engineering team when it comes to in-house and third party systems interdependencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in finance systems, automation or business analysis earned in an innovative business context (digital or ecommerce ventures preferred)
- Good knowledge of finance processes, accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proven experience with ERP systems (Netsuite preferred) and financial automation tools
- Strong problem-solving, project management, analytical and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

The Role
The role will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our financial reporting, using data analysis and quality control as key levers. The role will be responsible for critical support and system maintenance, data quality control and operational efficiency. The new joiner would act as a change ambassador by educating and empowering finance teams on system functionalities, process improvements and best practices. - Lead initiatives to improve the accuracy and consistency of financial reports through robust data validation and reconciliation processes.

- Work closely with Product Managers to support QC and rollout of new system solutions

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or a related major.
- 3-5 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years in e-commerce or tech companies
- Proven experience working with ERP systems
- Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
- A good foundation in SQL, Python, Java, or other programming languages is a plus.
- Previous exposure to the Finance function and an understanding of Finance business processes is a plus.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Automation Engineer to join our maintenance and engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and supervision of planned and corrective maintenance for electrical and automation systems, particularly PLC, Drives, and LV electrical components . Your main goal will be to ensure reliable equipment performance, prevent unplanned downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Key Responsibilities Maintenance Execution & Reliability- Carry out and supervise planned and corrective maintenance for PLCs, Drives, and electrical automation systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of automated equipment through prompt troubleshooting and high technical standards.
Maintain backups for PLC and drive programs during maintenance activities.
Ensure all PLC systems are password-protected and secured.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring faults related to PLCs, drives, and electrical systems to prevent repeat issues.
Lead troubleshooting activities to quickly resolve automation-related breakdowns.
- Propose and implement technical improvements (hardware/software) to increase equipment reliability and performance.
Execute modifications based on operational needs or management directives.
- Keep an accurate record of all bypassed systems (e.g., crane systems) and ensure their timely clearance.
Document all maintenance activities, technical findings, and system changes clearly.
Monitor and analyze equipment KPIs to support reliability projects and initiatives.
- Lead and supervise maintenance or repair work performed by internal technicians, contractors, or OEMs, ensuring work is done according to schedule and specification.
- Collaborate with planners to evaluate the effectiveness of the maintenance program, including tracking planned vs. actual activities and backlogs.
Identify training needs and maintain a training matrix for team competency development.
- Provide on-the-job training for technicians to improve skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Verify technician-prepared maintenance checklists and support performance evaluations (e.g., PMDS).
- Ensure all work activities comply with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) policies and standards.
Support warranty claim documentation and technical reporting when needed.
- Take on additional tasks or assignments as directed by management to achieve department objectives.
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, Electronic, Automation Engineering , or a related discipline.
- 35 years of technical experience in automation and electrical maintenance, preferably within port operations or heavy industry .
Strong expertise in PLC systems (hardware/software), Drives, and field equipment.
- Solid understanding of port equipment maintenance (e.g., cranes, RTGs, spreaders) is a strong advantage.
Proficient in conducting root cause analysis, reporting, and documentation.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong initiative, accountability, and communication skills.

This role will focus on maintaining current equipment ( PLC, SCADA, electrical parts,…) optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and internalizing key manufacturing operations.

- Program and maintain PLCs, robotics, and control systems
