• Assist with daily reporting and shift handovers.

2. Public Cloud

Focused on Azure-specific monitoring, troubleshooting, and governance tasks:

• Monitor Azure environment health using tools like Azure Monitor.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of Azure issues (e.g., CPU usage, VM availability, backup status).
• Support patching and backup verification tasks under guidance.
• Follow change management processes for standard changes/emergency changes.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and update knowledge base where needed.
• Assist with daily reporting and shift handovers.

Your Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Azure portal, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
• Understanding of patching, backups (Commvault, Veeam, Avamar), and system monitoring.
• Willingness to learn scripting and automation (PowerShell/Azure CLI).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, AZ-900, AZ-104, ITIL Foundation, VMware Certified Technical Associate (VCTA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals (MS-900)) are a plus.

As a Cloud & Digital Workplace Analyst, you will provide first-line support for virtual servers and Microsoft Azure environments. You will be responsible for performing daily operational tasks, monitoring systems, handling basic service requests, and performing routine changes across both cloud and on-prem infrastructure. This includes basic support for VMware virtualization platforms, backup jobs, and networking components. You will escalate complex issues as needed while gaining hands-on experience across hybrid IT environments. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT infrastructure career looking to develop practical skills in cloud and infrastructure operations. The Role

As a Cloud & Digital Workplace Analyst, you will provide first-line support for virtual servers and Microsoft Azure environments. You will be responsible for performing daily operational tasks, monitoring systems, handling basic service requests, and performing routine changes across both cloud and on-prem infrastructure. This includes basic support for VMware virtualization platforms, backup jobs, and networking components. You will escalate complex issues as needed while gaining hands-on experience across hybrid IT environments. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT infrastructure career looking to develop practical skills in cloud and infrastructure operations.

The Person

You are proactive, customer-focused, and eager to learn. You possess a strong foundational understanding of server and Azure Technology and are comfortable following standard operating procedures. You work well in a team environment and are committed to providing timely support and accurate documentation.

Accountabilities

Digital Workplace

Primarily related to on-prem server support, routine user/system operations, and hybrid infrastructure:

Monitor server environment health using tools like LogicMonitor. Log and triage incidents and service requests. Perform basic troubleshooting of server issues (e.g., CPU usage, Memory usage, Disk space, VM availability, backup status). Handle common service requests (e.g., password resets, access requests). Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Level 2 or Level 3 teams. Support patching for Windows OS and backup (Commvault, Veeam, Avamar) verification tasks under guidance. Follow change management processes for standard changes/emergency changes. Maintain accurate ticket documentation and update knowledge base where needed. Assist with daily reporting and shift handovers. Public Cloud

Focused on Azure-specific monitoring, troubleshooting, and governance tasks:

Monitor Azure environment health using tools like Azure Monitor. Perform basic troubleshooting of Azure issues (e.g., CPU usage, VM availability, backup status). Handle cloud-specific service requests (e.g., resource tagging). Support patching and backup verification tasks under guidance. Follow change management processes for standard changes/emergency changes. Maintain accurate ticket documentation and update knowledge base where needed. Assist with daily reporting and shift handovers.

Your Experience

0–2 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles. Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Azure portal, and Active Directory. Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems. Understanding of patching, backups (Commvault, Veeam, Avamar), and system monitoring. Willingness to learn scripting and automation (PowerShell/Azure CLI). Good communication and customer service skills. Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, AZ-900, AZ-104, ITIL Foundation, VMware Certified Technical Associate (VCTA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals (MS-900)) are a plus.

The ideal candidate for this IT Infrastructure Analyst will have a strong background in management and upkeep of servers, network infrastructure, data and telecommunication systems, while also delivering technical support to end-users. Head office and manufacturing facility are located in Port Klang, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities

Server & System Administration: Manage and maintain global server infrastructure, including performance monitoring, backups, user ID and email administration, and server security. IT Security Management: Administer enterprise firewalls, VPNs, and antivirus systems; ensure secure network access and up-to-date security configurations in alignment with company policies. Cloud, Network & Data Centre Operations: Oversee installation, configuration, and support of cloud, network, and data centre equipment; proactively manage network traffic and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution. Telecommunication Support: Maintain voice communication systems and patch panels; ensure accurate documentation and collaborate with vendors for updates and troubleshooting. Global End-User Support & IT Coordination: Provide technical assistance to global offices, resolve IT issues, conduct basic training, manage hardware/software licenses, and support IT procurement and documentation.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and end-user support. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Strong knowledge in Windows Active Directory, Office 365, VPNs, and AWS. Familiarity with Linux/Red Hat and scripting (CMD, PowerShell, Bash) is an advantage. Experience supporting in-house ERP systems. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional, SonicWall, or Cisco are beneficial. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin. To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Malaysia are required. Candidates who require work pass need not apply.

Other Information:

This role follows U.S. public holidays to align with global operational needs. Occasional support for Malaysia-based colleagues working night shifts, particularly those handling U.S. operations. Flexibility and responsiveness are key, especially when coordinating across time zones and supporting international teams.

As a Cloud & Digital Workplace Analyst, you will provide first-line support for virtual servers and Microsoft Azure environments. You will be responsible for performing daily operational tasks, monitoring systems, handling basic service requests, and performing routine changes across both cloud and on-prem infrastructure. This includes basic support for VMware virtualization platforms, backup jobs, and networking components. You will escalate complex issues as needed while gaining hands-on experience across hybrid IT environments. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT infrastructure career looking to develop practical skills in cloud and infrastructure operations.

The Person

You are proactive, customer-focused, and eager to learn. You possess a strong foundational understanding of server and Azure Technology and are comfortable following standard operating procedures. You work well in a team environment and are committed to providing timely support and accurate documentation.

Accountabilities

Primarily related to on-prem server support, routine user/system operations, and hybrid infrastructure:

• Monitor server environment health using tools like LogicMonitor.
• Log and triage incidents and service requests.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of server issues (e.g., CPU usage, Memory usage, Disk space, VM availability, backup status).
• Handle common service requests (e.g., password resets, access requests).
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Level 2 or Level 3 teams.
• Support patching for Windows OS and backup (Commvault, Veeam, Avamar) verification tasks under guidance.
• Follow change management processes for standard changes/emergency changes.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and update knowledge base where needed.
• Assist with daily reporting and shift handovers.

2. Public Cloud

Focused on Azure-specific monitoring, troubleshooting, and governance tasks:

• Monitor Azure environment health using tools like Azure Monitor.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of Azure issues (e.g., CPU usage, VM availability, backup status).
• Support patching and backup verification tasks under guidance.
• Follow change management processes for standard changes/emergency changes.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and update knowledge base where needed.
• Assist with daily reporting and shift handovers.

Your Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Azure portal, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
• Understanding of patching, backups (Commvault, Veeam, Avamar), and system monitoring.
• Willingness to learn scripting and automation (PowerShell/Azure CLI).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, AZ-900, AZ-104, ITIL Foundation, VMware Certified Technical Associate (VCTA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals (MS-900)) are a plus.
