Infrastructure Engineer

You are part of Vanderlande's Value Office team, providing 2nd level support and specific technical expertise to customers and colleagues in the APAC region, reporting to the LCS Director SEA & Head of Value Office in Kuala Lumpur.

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join Vanderlande. The role involves IT infrastructure management, incident handling, and support for baggage handling systems and related IT environments.

• Identify problems and perform root cause analysis of IT infrastructure in Vanderlande baggage handling systems, in close collaboration with other teams.
• Review system and application logs to trace issues and gather information for analysis.
• Develop and maintain customer-specific validation test processes and reports for change control log.
