Job Description

  • Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels
  • Analyse and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other ways of reaching customers and driving sales traffic
  • Handling the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategist, starts from approaching suitable KOL/ Influencer, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance
  • Ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up to date, and exciting to customers
  • Making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns, working closely with product development and business development team
  • Supervising advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
  • Plan and execute beauty-related events, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
  • Manage KOL/Influencer seeding for campaign to create brand awareness and publicity
  • Any additional ad-hoc tasks given by supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or influencer/KOL management (beauty industry experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end: sourcing, briefing, negotiating, tracking performance.
  • Familiar with beauty/lifestyle industry trends, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

Reporting & Analysis:

Requirements:

Proven experience in media relations, influencer marketing, or PR.

Strong network of media contacts and influencer connections is an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
