About the role
LINK TRANS TRADE SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Influencer Partnership Management professional to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developping, managing and cultivating relationships with KOLs for our TIK TOK & Shopee business. The role will be based in our Petaling Jaya, Selangor office.
What you'll be doing
Identifying and recruiting suitable influencers to partner with our brand
Negotiating and managing influencer contracts and compensation
Coordinating influencer marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking
Analysing campaign data and providing recommendations to optimise influencer partnerships
Building and maintaining strong relationships with our network of influencers
Ensuring all influencer activities align with our brand guidelines and messaging
What we're looking for
Minimum 0.5 years' experience in influencer marketing or partnership management
Demonstrated success in identifying, recruiting, and managing influential brand ambassadors
Strong understanding of the social media landscape and influencer marketing best practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights
Creative flair and an eye for compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology and digital partnership strategy to align with organizational objectives.
- Identify, cultivate, and nurture strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Foster a culture of digital innovation and agility, inspiring your team to explore and adopt cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
- Oversee market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions and maintain market leadership.
- Support and drive the organization’s digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and methodologies.
- Partner with the Commercial division to support business development activities related to technology and digital solutions.
- Develop and implement robust processes for managing partnerships, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Track and monitor divisional projects, defining and measuring KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct financial modeling, ROI analysis, and risk mitigation for partnership initiatives.
- Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing team, optimizing resource allocation to achieve excellence.
- Represent the organization in industry forums, sharing insights on emerging digital trends and advocating for the company’s digital agenda.
- Work closely with other departments to maximize the impact of partnerships and drive organizational success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Communication, Management, Analytics or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in business development or strategic account management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Possesses a proven track record in developing and implementing successful digital strategies and partnerships.
- Possesses any technology related certifications would be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies, manage client relationships, and achieve business targets.
- Displays strong expertise in proposal development, pricing strategies, and market analysis.
- Displays strong expertise in digital innovation, market research, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior executives.
- Results-driven, adaptable, and willing to travel as needed for business engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive technology and digital partnership strategy to align with organizational objectives. Identify, cultivate, and nurture strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and innovation. Senior Salesforce Developer role is a crucial role for Strategic Partnerships success. You will join an expanding team where you will design the CRM landscape for Strategic Partnership team, allowing them to serve both Agoda and our Booking products to our strategic partners. The role will require you to work across multi-functional teams, including teams from Agoda’s sister company, Booking.com. You will have plenty of opportunities to learn from a multi-cultural team and top talents across the world. This role will also have a direct impact on the team’s future success.
This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Manage stakeholders across multiple teams to design business requirements, translate the requirements into detailed technical specifications that result in effective, scalable, and reliable solutions.
- Lead the implementation of Agoda Strategic Partnerships CRM business flow from end to end.
- Communicate how solutions map optimally to original business requirements and provide product demonstration of developed solutions.
- Performing code reviews, providing positive useful feedback and ideas on technical workflow.
- Design and create reports and dashboard that will give recommendations to business users to make decisions strategically.
- At least 4 years of experience developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Components.
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales cloud, experience cloud and service cloud
- Experience with Salesforce flows, profiles, permissions, workflows, data loader and approval processes.
- Knowledgeable of all levels of the SDLC and all testing phases.
- Experience working with and writing intermediate to advanced queries in relational databases (SOQL, SQL, etc.)
- Experience working with Salesforce APIs and Web Services (REST, SOAP)
- Experience with data migration and system integration techniques
