What You'll Be Doing:

• User Experience Optimization
• Collect and analyze user feedback and behavior data to identify customer needs and pain points, propose and implement experience optimization solutions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Fundamental understanding of Product Design & Development principles
• Knowledge of material selection for plastic and metal components, considering mechanical, thermal, electrical, and environmental factors
• Basic grasp of Electrical Engineering concepts
• Familiarity with SAP and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead and contribute to virtual meetings
• Self-motivated and quick learner, able to work independently with minimal supervision

About the role

Teguh Runding Sar' is seeking a talented Design Engineer to join our team in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for designing and developing civil and structural engineering solutions that support the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Producing detailed design drawings, specifications, and calculations for civil and structural engineering projects
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and relevant industry standards
• Conducting site visits and surveys to gather data and assess project feasibility
• Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during the design and construction phases
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices
• Providing technical support and guidance to project managers and construction teams

What we're looking for

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in the civil/structural domain
• Strong proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Familiarity with local and national building codes and regulations
