Key Responsibilities:
· Sales & Business Development

o Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, trade shows, and digital channels.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.

Key Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
· 3–7 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial automation, printers, robotics, or capital equipment sales.
· Prior experience working with OEMs, distributors, or direct B2B clients in Malaysia.
· Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
· Willingness to travel within Malaysia and occasionally to India for training.
· Knowledge of industrial sectors, hospitality automation, or packaging lines is a plus.

- Expand the partner ecosystem by onboarding and nurturing System Integrators, OEMs, and Tier 2 Panel Builders aligned with strategic verticals (e.g., buildings, infrastructure, manufacturing).
- Drive cross-segment synergies and upsell/cross-sell opportunities across IA and DE portfolios.
- Program Design & Execution
- Design and implement channel programs that enhance partner engagement, loyalty, and performance.
- Define commercial policies (rebates, MDF) and evolve channel personas through structured benefits such as training, mySchneider rewards, and digital enablement.
- Lead the deployment of scalable marketing campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and digital tools to support partner-led demand generation.
- Performance Monitoring & ROI
- Track and analyze channel performance using KPIs and dashboards to ensure program effectiveness and partner contribution to sales.
- Continuously refine strategies based on data insights and market feedback.
- Enablement & Experience
- Deliver best-in-class partner experiences through tailored enablement journeys, including online learning, instructor-led sessions, and job aids.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Offer Marketing, Pricing, Commercial Excellence) to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Tertiary degree in electrical engineering, sales or marketing
- Minimum 8 years experience in channel marketing
- Understanding of the channel, the technology ecosystem, and working knowledge of the fundamentals of technology.
- Proactive and contributing to the team with new initiatives to accelerate revenue
- Background in engineering (Electrical and Automation) would be advantageous
- Strategic thinking and good interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
