- Submission on application to Custom or other organization.
- Escalate, trigger and problem solving for any other matter or discrepancies.
- Assist on freight accrual, forecast, and summarize, validation for inbound and outbound shipment.
- Perform a good filing of documentation for all related documents as policy requirements.
- Engaged with GTO, GTM and OTM team for all importation and exportation shipment, especially on controlled items.
- Performing Import/Export and AEO audit and assessment
- Involve and participate to provide an idea on project management and cost saving.
- Participate RoHS, Safety Awareness, 6S activities.
- Participate in related risk assessment activities e.g., BPM, HIRADC, ERA, RA, BIA, BCP
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor in business administration, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain Management
Preferred
- Knowledge / Trained in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001, BCMS 22301 and RBA standards will be an added advantage.
Skills
- Computer literate and hand on knowledge in Microsoft Office including Excel, Words, Power Point
- Good in written and spoken in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Must have sense of responsibility and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Excellent Project Management skills; a strong communicator at all levels from Management to technical teams 'on the floor'.
- Self-motivated and will have the ability to work equally well in a team environment as well as individually.
- Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, company policy, government authorities and accepted safe work practices.
