- Contribute to preparation of summit reports, SOPs, and post-event documentation
Funder & Stakeholder Reporting
- Assist the Summit Director in preparing reports, updates, and presentations for various stakeholder
- Ensure data, budget, and impact narratives are well-documented and ready for reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent organisational, communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot gaps and follow through
- Experience working in project delivery, nonprofit/events, or multi-stakeholder environments
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, and basic budget/excel tools
- Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with the team
- A problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Applicants are required to bring their own laptops, given the independent nature of the work
- Duration:1 Sept 2025 – 31 July 2026
- Commitment:Full-time, contract-based.
- Reports to:Summit Director.
- Works with:Team Leads (Outreach, Comms, Branding, Logistics), Cross-Team Collaboration with Parent Company, Memories Entertainment.
