Job Purpose and Impact
The Business Implementation Associate Director will effectively lead all phases of medium scale digital project deployments and migrations including pre deployment, deployment, cutover and post go live support. In this role, you will drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems and partner effectively with all levels of the business organization as well as the supporting functions.
Key Accountabilities
- Accountable for the delivery of digital projects including pre deployment work, deployment and post go live support through stabilization.
- Coordinate and lead the end to end decision points on scope regarding the digital functionality and footprint.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and plans across the program to ensure successful execution.
- Prepare and drive the business to change both how work gets done and what talent is needed to sustain the change.
- Lead the project review process by providing stakeholders relevant information to evaluate progress and agree on change and coordinate the deployment of project resources to ensure effective utilization.
- Provide appropriate documentation and training to enable successful transition to business as usual.
- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Confirmed ability to achieve compromise and conclusion in complex relationships within a matrix, and handle key stakeholders on an ongoing basis

- Confirmed systems thinker able to understand how process, data, people and technology work in tandem to drive the business system
Preferred Qualifications
- Three years of supervisory experience

About the Role:
New Era Technology is looking for experienced
SAP OTC Senior Consultant
to be deployed at our prestigious client in
Malaysia
at their
KL
office.
Qualification & Experience:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in SAP SD. SAP O2C senior consultant to be part of Regional O2C team to lead Design, Test, Support. Candidate should possess strong functional knowledge in O2C process, SAP S/4 system understanding alongside hands on experience with API and testing with strong facilitation, communications and stakeholder management skills.
