Key Responsibilities & Weightage
Corporate Events Management
- End-to-end planning, execution, and post-event reporting for internal and external events—including social impact events.
- This includes stakeholder visits, launches, staff celebrations, exhibitions, and investor/public engagements.
- Update and maintain detailed guidelines and procedural documents to standardize event management practices and promote consistency across all events.
Social Impact
- Plan and execute social impact activities focused on education, environment, and community development for underprivileged and underserved populations.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote and market events, achieving high turnout and engagement.
- Apply basic understanding of public sector protocol.
Creative Execution & Branding
- Ensure all events and programmes align with brand tone, visual identity, and experience design, including oversight of visuals, messaging, and premium selection.
- Assess the selection of suitable corporate merchandise or gifts for specific events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications (e.g., Public Relations, Broadcasting, Communication Management Policy), Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in corporate event management.
- Experience or strong interest in CSR programmes within education, environment, and community development sectors.
- Able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and charm a tough crowd.
- Strong knowledge of stakeholder engagement, event protocol, and vendor management.
- Familiar with basic budgeting, digital promotion, and event marketing tools.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Analyst within BCG's Social Impact Practice Area (SI PA), you will work in a growing global and entrepreneurial team, with a focus in the Asia region. You will support the growth and delivery of Development Impact sector with BCG case and proposal teams on a range of donors, development finance institutions (DFIs) and foundations operating in the Asia region.
The Development Impact (DI) sector and work we do in Asia focuses on a range of topics primarily Economic Development, Blended & Catalytic Financing, Climate Adaptation and Resilience, Digital and Financial Inclusion, Education and Skilling, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Global Health and Infrastructure. In SI PA, we aim to contribute progress towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) especially in emerging markets such as Africa, India and SEA and to delivering Impact at scale. The role will involve a diverse range of responsibilities and tasks, including:
- Delivering and executing on donor-funded International Development projects in the Asia region, with higher focus on the Southeast Asia market
- Developing, sharing and maintaining functional expertise and insights on emerging topics for case teams, leveraging global experts and repositories; including ideating, developing and managing new and existing core knowledge assets and intellectual property
- Undertaking research and analysis on key topics and providing expert advisory to the case teams in the Asia region
- Business and proposal coordination, development and support, with guidance by case leadership; including maintaining bid assets, developing capability statements, developing consortium and bid positions, contributing to key technical and non-technical sections on bids and managing the pipeline for work in the region Being a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues in the Development Impact sector.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of consulting experience in relevant international and economic development, philanthropic, humanitarian sectors or related field required
- In lieu of consulting experience, 3-5 years in Social Impact industry experience preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
- Specific knowledge and advanced capability in core Development Impact related topics (e.g. economic development, addressing inclusion, working with aid agencies/donors/philantrophies, impact measurement)
- Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree and certifications preferred
- Fluency in English

ERM is seeking a motivated Consulting Director in impact assessment and planning - Capital Project Delivery Services (CPD) to be based in Malaysia to join and lead our growing team. You will provide business and technical leadership to a strong and growing team of consultants in in Malaysia and its branch office in Brunei; deliver high profile projects, generate new business and develop excellent client relationships and play a key role in developing ERM’s Capital Project Delivery (CPD) business across Southeast Asia. Our approach is to work with our clients to identify their environmental and social impacts and risks throughout the project lifecycle so that they can be managed, from early project concept inception through to closure implementation. Our goal is to get client projects planned, built and operating to schedule in a way which meets the expectations of investors, regulators and local communities.
The ERM Malaysia/Brunei CPD team has grown significantly in the last 3 years with a strong traditional focus on the Oil and Gas sector in Malaysia and Brunei and now supporting the renewables sector namely solar projects and supporting end of life projects when decommissioning. To meet the increasing sustainability goals many of our projects now include Biodiversity, Nature and Social Performance amongst many other services and our website shows the wide range of CPD projects undertaken by ERM globally Capital Projects & Infrastructure .
Key Responsibilities:
This Partner / Consulting Director role offers an exciting career opportunity with a leading global sustainability consultancy, working on innovative and diverse projects to support our expanding business in Malaysia and more broadly in Southeast Asia as well as supporting Global projects. The role requires working with ERM’s senior management team to support clients in the different sectors, offering expert advisory and assessment services on the management of environmental and social issues. Key responsibilities include:
- Support the development of the CPD team technical skills and competency.
- Provide leadership to the CPD team and with clients.
- Manage teams and project delivery in maintaining service excellence to our clients.
- Work with the Malaysia Leadership Team and other Teams including the Technical Risk and Safety team and the Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation team to develop client relationships and lead sales efforts.
- Expand the portfolio of CPD opportunities.
- Personally deliver sales from existing and new clients.
Job Requirement:
- BSc, preferably MSc or similar, in Environmental Science / Engineering or other science or engineering degree relevant to impact assessment and environmental / social management.
- At least 15 years of relevant working experience in environmental impact assessment and management.
- Reporting and verbal communication in fluent English.
- Strong knowledge of priority sectors such as O&G, Energy include renewables and major infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of Malaysia/Brunei regulatory environment and proceedings around large-scale investments.
- Good working knowledge of international standards such as the Word Banks’ Operational Policies, the IFC’s Performance Standards, the Asian Development Banks Safeguard Policies and the Equator Principles.
- Preferably registered with Department of Environment (DOE) as an Environmental Consultant.
- A willingness to travel within Malaysia/Brunei is essential for short terms assignments and potentially in Southeast Asia.
- Must be culturally adept.

We are currently seeking a Financial Analysis Senior Specialist to join our team in Fully Remote - Malaysia, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (MY-14), Malaysia (MY).
Financial Analysts gather and analyze financial data to facilitate decision-making and provide guidance to managers within the business. They make financial recommendations based on the data they have gathered and analysed. This includes information regarding past company performance against set metrics and cost management.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Extract data from financial reports to conduct financial and statistical analysis and identify financial discrepancies and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Contribute to the monitoring and controlling of expenditure by approving or denying requisitions based on whether the items are within budget.
- Prepare a variety of financial reports based on the analysis results.
- Conduct presentations related to findings and provide recommendations to the relevant internal stakeholders.
- Research and analyze costs of projects, departments, and future ventures to provide information and insights about expenses and determine profitability margins.
- Conduct budget and expense analysis and report on variances ensuring that the projected budget is met and assisting with cost reduction initiatives.
- Reconcile and review monthly account analysis for balance sheet accounts.
- Ensure budget & forecast variances are analysed and recommendations are made to correct or improve company performance.
- Assist with input into the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Ensure key pieces of analysis are performed on areas of risk or opportunity within the business and that the financial levers are understood and communicated to the business together with clear recommendations.
- Continuously review business initiatives to ensure that they meet the required profitability expectations.
- Identify cost management opportunities (processes or expenses) for ensuring improved profitability and sustainable returns for the business.
Required Experience:
- Degree in Finance / Commerce
- At least 5 years in financial planning and analysis and business analysis within a multinational company
- Comprehensive finance experience in a similar position in a related environment
- Experience with accounting software
Supporting Region:
- Australia – Will follow Malaysia working hours. May required to support Australia working hours if there’s urgent deliverables.

The role is critical to the success of the Client relationship through driving informative decisions based on the current spend plan, navigating through Client priorities, market conditions and strategic business plans; Also, the expectation from the role is continuous process improvement, innovation through fact-based decision making and driving cost efficiencies. This position provides an opportunity to work with a broad range of areas related to a regional real estate portfolio, including: facility management and building operations, transaction management, project management and real estate portfolio planning to ensure the delivery of Client and JLL goals regionally.
Accountable for the successful delivery of a comprehensive range of financial services & support as defined in the contract
Monitor and ensure efficient use of resources that contribute to the Jones Lang LaSalle revenue and profit targets
Support through the team delivery of day-to-day regional financial and accounting operations with particular focus on the client’s reporting requirements at a regional level.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Direction
As member of the Regional Leadership team provide clear direction and strategic financial advice to the Leadership & extended leadership team.
Act as primary liaison with the Client’s Finance teams.
Actively looking for innovations within your area of responsibilities to add value to the client and the JLL business
Client Relationship Management
Proactively develop and manage client / business unit relationships ensuring that the expected services are delivered across regions consistent with the contractual scope of services and within budgets
Working with the client and jointly manage the total cost and driving savings opportunities on the uncovered scope
Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, functional integration, financial transparency, co-operation & performance excellence across the region.
Team Management
Manage a team, effective strategic leadership and coaching and mentoring the team
Ensure the team is structured to maintain & exceed the client’s financial expectations.
Act as manager and coach for the team ensuring high staff morale, trust, work ethics, clear goals and performance reviews.
Develop annual objectives and succession plans for all roles in the regional finance team, Process mapping and efficiency analysis.
Promotes a culture of teamwork and collaborates across other functional verticals within the firm in adopting/sharing of best practices
Financial Planning and Analysis (Client and Corporate JLL)
Oversee and coordinate the activities of the team with respect to the annual budget setting and quarterly forecasting cycle
Ensure that accurate and timely financial information is provided to all members of the management team
Maintain a thorough understanding of the Client’s accounting structure and associate systems. Translate that knowledge to ensure a smooth and consistent flow of financial data
Develop, maintain & deliver in a timely manner, the Client’s approved financial formats across the region
Coordinate and track the cost savings initiatives, benchmarking and implementing best practices
Accountable for consolidating the Jones Lang LaSalle regional annual profitability plan and subsequent forecasts
Review capital plan proposals and ensure activities are aligned to Clients’ Capex Policies
Invoice Payment & Processing
Ensure the country teams are effectively managing: Processing and payment of all property operating expenditure invoices, in accordance with legal obligations
Accountable for the timely coordination of the Jones Lang LaSalle invoice processing and monitoring the accounts receivable
Working with the team / Shared Service Centre and operations team to meet client deliverables
Controls & Compliance; Policies & Procedures & Audit:
Ensure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions
Develop and maintain all relevant policies and procedures with respect to all financial & support services associated with the account. Managing teams with focus on policy and strategy implementation and control;
Ensure data integrity of the systems across the region and audit data from time to time
Ensure that all financial accounting and reporting is audit worthy and in keeping with recognized quality management processes
Business case modelling and solutioning
Identify revenue opportunities by offering value-added services to client
Perform financial evaluation and decision making for new business proposals
Support new contact implementation, transition due diligence in validation and justification of contractual baseline obligations
