We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Product Manager - Onboarding and Identity Management to join our Customer Pod and focus on the customer identity and onboarding journey. This role is critical in shaping how users first experience our bank, from signing up and verifying their identity to clearing risk checks and becoming active customers. You will work closely with product, engineering, risk, compliance, and external vendors to build a seamless, secure, and scalable onboarding experience. You’ll also be expected to run small experiments to improve conversion, usability, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities- Own the Customer Onboarding Journey
- Manage the end-to-end flow, including profile creation, eKYC, AML screening, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and Credit Transfer Verification (CTV).
- Identify friction points, gaps, and edge cases, and translate them into product or process improvements.
- Balance user experience with compliance by ensuring all flows meet internal policy, risk, and regulatory requirements.

- 1–2 years of experience in product, operations, or compliance-related roles. Experience in fintech or digital onboarding is a plus.
- Exposure to digital KYC, AML, or customer verification processes is helpful.

As an Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will be responsible for crafting, developing, and implementing customer and consumer identity management platforms. Key Accountabilities

- Work as part of evolving multi-disciplinary teams which may include Software Engineers, Enterprise Technology Engineers, Designers, SecOps, and Product owners to deliver value through the application of specialist skills
- Support recommendation of the accurate strategic platforms to address a problem based on business requirements using your expertise as well as attending Major Incident calls and be part of on-call support
- Maintain, optimize and automate our Active Directory eco system, Work in an enterprise multi directory environment handling service requests, incidents, problem management, and change requests related to ADS and its associated services.
- Knowledge of software development techniques to securely automate build and updates within active directory with Pipelines, APIs and testing methodologies. PowerShell scripting knowledge preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Entra ID Connect, Domain Name System (DNS), LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, Domain Trust, AD replication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to ensure magnificent integration of identity management systems with existing applications. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM systems, ensuring a high level of availability and user happiness. Proactively monitor systems for issues, identifying and resolving problems before they impact users. Collaborate with support teams to resolve user issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field such as Information Technology, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity. Additionally, certification in IAM technologies and frameworks can demonstrate the candidate's expertise in the field. Certifications from organizations such as IACSP, IAPP, or ISC2 can be relevant for this role.
- 3 years and above working experience supporting MS Active Directory, Domain Name Systems (DNS) and Windows Server Operating Systems 2016 and 2019 as well as experience supporting Entra ID
- Proven knowledge in the application of modern Service Delivery methods - Site Reliability Engineering to traditional ITIL, and understanding of Product Based delivery
- Broader development experience in one or more object-oriented programming languages (e.g. Python, Go, Java, C/C++)

This role is crucial within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function, operating under the Group CISO. The successful candidate will drive secure access assurance across user, application, and machine identities, enabling modern, passwordless authentication models and robust lifecycle management of credentials, secrets, and keys. Responsibilities- Lead and manage the authentication and secrets management strategy for the organization
- Implement and govern modern, phishing-resistant authentication methods
- Partner with business units to establish strong authentication protocols
- Own and execute centralized controls for IAM Authentication and Secrets Security
- Drive adoption of strong authentication protocols and standards
- Expertise in authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, Kerberos
- Experience in integrating MFA and biometric authentication into enterprise architectures
- Knowledge of secrets integration with CI/CD and DevOps workflows

JOB PURPOSE :
- Lead and manage a team of IAM engineers who supports identity lifecycle management and access provisioning for users group wide.
- Lead and responsible for technical delivery of work related to EnterpriseIdentity and Access Management tool (EIAM) across the Maybank group. This includes Application integration with IAM platform, tools enhancement, upgrades and onboarding of new services.
- Ability to drive process improvements in IAM (Identity & Access Management) operations to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the team in alignment with industry best practices.
- Responsible in ensuring overall IT compliance standards are achieved and met on yearly basis in line with the Bank’s requirements.
