• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Supply Chain Planning with other ERP modules.

• 6+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning product implementation.
• Proven track record in end-to-end implementation, rollouts, and support projects .
• Strong expertise in IBP (Integrated Business Planning) for supply, demand, and inventory planning.
• Solid understanding of SCM integration with SAP ERP and related modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP enhancements and developments to tailor solutions for business needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.

• Have 6+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience.

• Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills .

We are looking for a qualified and motivated business consultant to assess and reform business operations, provide expert guidance, and implement projects. The business consultant's responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing different aspects of the business, compiling data and reports, presenting recommendations, and guiding the implementation of new projects.

To be successful as a business consultant, you should have expert business knowledge and excellent communication skills. A top business consultant should have outstanding research skills and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Business Consultant Responsibilities:

• Meeting with and advising senior executives throughout the consultation process.
• Determining business needs and identifying weaknesses.
• Assessing and analyzing business practices and procedures.
• Compiling and presenting research findings and recommendations.
• Developing detailed project plans to drive changes and improvements.
• Organizing and managing business projects.
• Providing guidance when issues, challenges or problematic situations arise.
• Tracking and assessing the effectiveness of projects.

Business Consultant Requirements:

• Degree in business administration or related field required.
• Previous experience in business consulting preferred.
• MSc or MA in a specialized business field beneficial.
• Certification as management consultant is a plus.
• Strong research and data collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of diverse business areas such as IT, HR, training, and marketing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with a wide range of business management software such as business invoicing programs, word processing programs, CRM, database, and asset management software.

• Prepare financial analysis, analyze data, and draw conclusion from findings;

• Participation in the investigation of particular transactions and assistance in monitoring litigation and disputes;

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business Studies/Management/equivalent;

• At least 1-2 years or above of working experience in Accounting/ Audit /related field (Fresh Graduates are also welcome );

• Good written and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia and able to write report independently;

• Proficiency inMandarin will be advantage as we're having Chinese clients;

• Willing to travel for outstation works and possession of own vehicle will be added as advantage;

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Consultant to help clients navigate business challenges, optimize operations, and drive sustainable growth.

In this role, you will lead client engagements, diagnose business pain points, and develop tailored solutions that deliver real impact. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, sales, and operations—to ensure business strategies are aligned with overall goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultations: You’ll lead client engagements by diagnosing business challenges, developing tailored solutions, and delivering actionable strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
2. Relationship Building: You’ll build strong, lasting client relationships by understanding their pain points and proactively offering strategic advice and solutions that deliver real business value.
3. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, projects, and operations, to ensure that our clients' strategies are aligned with business goals.
4. Continuous Improvement: You’ll provide feedback to internal teams on service delivery and client needs, contributing to the refinement of our coaching programs and offerings.
5. Data Collection & Analysis: You’ll collect client feedback and results, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
6. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: You’ll monitor industry trends and competitor insights to ensure that our services are innovative and relevant.

Requirements:

1. Experience-Driven: You have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in business consulting, sales consulting, or a related field—experience in the coaching, consulting, or events industry is a bonus.
2. Business-Savvy: You have a deep understanding of business processes and can simplify complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies.
3. Strategic Thinker: You stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide innovative solutions. You have a natural talent for understanding and anticipating client needs, delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations. You can present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Versatile & Adaptable: Your experience across industries allows you to identify key business drivers and opportunities for growth.
5. Self-Motivated & Accountable: You take ownership of your work and are committed to delivering the best results for clients.
