Job Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance, commissioning, overhaul, trouble-shooting, installation, warranty repair and any other specialist service on the complete range of JCI and other manufacturers' Process and Industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Carry out comprehensive plant audit for Industrial and Process refrigeration systems and write detailed reports explaining the plant condition, observations, and recommendations.
• Travel throughout South East Asia and other regions, shore and offshore, as required by the business in order to service the customer base.
• Carry out service work to the highest possible standard in line with JCI policy & procedures and industry-recognized best practices.
• Ensure service work is completed safely and efficiently at all times with minimum call back and warranty expense.
• Ensure service reports are completed fully and to a good standard on completion of each service order; or in cases where the duration of the work is in excess of one week, service reports must be submitted on a weekly basis.
• During your day-to-day work in the field, actively identify and promote new/additional services, parts, and products to our customers and provide feedback either verbally or via your service report of potential opportunities to the relevant person in the service office.
• Supervise subcontractors working on behalf of JCI.
• As Sr. Engineer, ensure that experience is passed on to the rest of the FLSP team through mentoring and training.

We are seeking a superstar Product Manager - Air Conditioning who will be driving the growth of PRISM+ Malaysia by managing and enhancing our products line up. This experienced and entrepreneur individual will help us oversee and lead the product category for Air Conditioner. Responsibilities of a Product Manager - Air Conditioning but are not limited to:

2. Lead and drive product development, conduct consumer and market research, define product requirements, lead and drive product launches, develop and maintain user manuals, and manage product roadmap and timelines.
3. Identify and prioritize new product opportunities for the product category, based on market trends, customer needs and competitive analysis.
4. Work with marketing to monitor and drive product success.

4. Data driven; you need to be able to structure, quantify and qualify information on product research, and present this to stakeholders explaining the logic. Comfort with spreadsheet software and data modelling is essential.
