The External Sales Engineer is a crucial, on-site position focused on driving sales for the company and helping meet sales and margin targets. This role is a hybrid of sales, technical expertise, and customer service. You'll report to the General Manager of Sales and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
Your core duties will revolve around the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals and providing after-sales support.
- Sales and Business Development: You will be responsible for preparing technical presentations, responding to customer inquiries and requests for quotes (RFQs) in a timely manner, and exploring new sales strategies to meet objectives.
- Client Management: You'll manage a portfolio of both new and existing clients. This involves frequent visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Technical Expertise: A key part of the job is providing techno-commercial solutions to clients and assisting them with any technical issues, including warranty problems or product performance.
- Market Intelligence: You are expected to stay informed about the market, including competitor activities (pricing, new products) and the financial health of your customers. You will report this information back to management.
- Administrative and Reporting: You'll be responsible for preparing various reports and forecasts for management and ensuring all sales documentation (quotations, technical submissions) meets company standards.
Required Qualifications
The company is looking for a candidate with a specific blend of educational background and professional skills.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required, though a diploma or degree in Sales/Marketing is also considered.
- Experience: Experience in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry is preferred , which makes sense given the company's focus on fans.

What you will do:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with customers, including key decision-makers and frontline stakeholders.

To liaise with sales / service administrator and finance department pertaining to the computerized system, timely collection of payments (Credit Officer) from customers, credit issues and maintaining good customer credit profile.
To update all customers on all York product information and offers .
What we look for:
Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience as Senior Sales in HVAC (chiller), pump, cooling tower, contractor, elevator or medical devices (MRI/CT scan).
Experience in selling products to contractors, consultants , or company owners , and in handling projects.
Knowledge of Building HVAC, would be preferred.
Experience in Building industry would be preferred.
Basic understanding of SAP operations will be advantageous .
Personal qualities of the candidate: ambition , good understanding in project, and good relationship with contractor, consultant, or company’s owner.

Job Description
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and provide strategic ideas to help achieve our goals. We're hiring the Lead, Account Management to be based in Johor. This person will lead a team of Account Managers to grow foodpanda’s business by managing the overall restaurant experience.
Responsibilities:
These tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the team of account management: manage performance, incentive schemes for Account Managers, onboard new joiners, identify growth areas for your direct reporters and provide guidance and training for them to achieve it.
- Lead the team to ensure ad-revenue targets are met month on month
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver on meeting business goals. He/she is accountable to meet business goals for their team.
- Work with the team to build business reviews and share them with partner teams, peers, management on a regular basis
- Proactively gather, analyse, and share data with management to influence business decisions
- Ensure removal of any roadblocks that hinder goal achievement with minimal supervision
- Work with the team to identify and implement solutions and pilots to drive process efficiencies & business goals.
- At least 4-5 years of experience and a passion for managing teams and sales
- Proven B2B sales experience would be an advantage, preferably within the areas of F&B, media, advertising, FMCG and e-commerce

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in Salesforce is a plus
