Responsibilities : .

1) Acquisition and Placement

  • Talent sourcing and selection.
  • Participate in nationwide career fairs and talks.

Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in gathering business requirements for Core HCM processes and document them accurately
  • Support functional consultants in translating business requirements into Workday system configurations and solutions
  • Assist in the configuration of Core HCM business processes, including employee records, job management, and organizational structures.
  • You may also be required to configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards
  • Help maintain and update functional documentation to reflect changes in the Core HCM system and business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Core HCM processes with other Workday modules, such as Payroll, Recruiting, and Benefits.
  • Collaborate with data and integration teams to ensure smooth and accurate data flow between Core HCM and other modules/systems, providing functional inputs as needed.
  • Support the Functional Consultant in preparing test cases, executing system tests, and documenting results to ensure proper system functionality.
  • Assist with end-user training by supporting the creation of training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing user support.


  • Required Qualifications:


  • relevant years of experience working with Workday Core HCM or similar HRIS systems.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional documentation Excellent data analysis and troubleshooting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills to work with consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data, integration, and business teams, to ensure seamless process integration.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM business processes and basic configuration tools is preferred
  • Experience with system testing, including preparing test cases and executing test plans is preferred
  • Familiarity with Workday reporting and security configuration (a plus).

Job Description As part of the Global HRIS team, the Global Human Capital Management (HCM) System Expert will report to the Global HRIS Lead and will act as an individual contributor, responsible for the design and the implementation of the Human Capital Management systems and is responsible for transforming operational HR processes to become automated and data-driven. This position will be responsible on a global basis to digitalize hire to retire and administrative processes in the company, partnering with different stakeholders in HR function to make HR systems a real advantage. The HCM system expert will also ensure high standards in terms of data quality and efficiency of operations, updating / delivering processes and tools. He / She will also ensure the organization is well-trained and improving in terms of data literacy, acting as a liaison between HR business and group HRIS / IT when it relates to system development or system integrations. Main Responsibilities: Preparing briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms Leverage technical knowledge to provide best solution to HR practitioners Designing and implementing digital HR strategies that align with the organization’s business goals Leveraging digital and mobile tools to redesign HR programs Designing a digital workplace that enables productivity, uses modern communication tools, and promotes engagement, wellness, and a sense of purpose HR system expertise: Act as a data governor for employee master data, maintaining data integrity Ensure secure access to confidential data Perform data audits to identify and address data issues Increase data awareness across the organization Support enablement of data driven decision making for the business Ensure new developments or security updates remain compliant with data protection laws Standardizing processes and data aligned with industry best practice, to provide a common, consistent foundation to support HCM processes for organizational effectiveness Formalizing and institutionalizing a data governance framework: creating common set of data definitions and focus on data quality Act as a point of reference between Global HRIS team and local HR teams to scope, implement, deliver, and maintain global HR systems initiative in his / her scope Analyze requests / changes received from the region to ensure global process are well adopted in the region, addressing regional specificities Be an active change ambassador, promoting digital transformation and adoption of digital tool to improve efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes in the region Experiences: 5+ years prior experiences on configuring and administering HCM systems (preferably Workday and PeopleDoc) Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills Experience with HR digital transformation projects An experienced professional in HRIS project implementation A solid knowledge of the HR function and HR processes, and you have a high digital dexterity with tools and new technologies Experiences in managing data (also confidential) and performing analysis to produce dashboards and reports, with expert usage of MS Excel Work on multi-country or global scopes and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams Passionate in digitalization and digital transformation, leveraging technology to improve employee experience and overall deliver better services Need to be self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Languages: French/Spanish/Portuguese are an added advantage Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ HR Management or related field of study What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits Hybrid work available (not applicable to all roles) Pension contributions Access to Training and Development Access to Concierge Partnerships Diversity & Inclusion LDC is driven by a set of shared values and high ethical standards, with diversity and inclusion being part of our DNA.     • Strategic Partnering & Collaboration
    • Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and develop HR solutions that support business goals.
    • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and change management.
    • Drive alignment between HR practices and business objectives to improve performance and employee engagement.
    • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee issues and concerns, providing advice and support to both employees and managers.
    • Handle complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ethical standards.
    • Mediate conflicts and resolve disputes in a fair and constructive manner.
    • Talent Management & Development
    • Collaborate with leadership to identify talent gaps and drive the recruitment, retention, and development of high-potential employees.
    • Design and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
    • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.

    • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the organization.

    • Oversee HR metrics and reporting to identify trends and recommend improvements.
    • Employee Engagement & Culture
    • Promote a positive organizational culture through initiatives that boost employee morale, motivation, and engagement.
    • Gather feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other methods to understand employee satisfaction and recommend action plans.
    • Implement employee recognition programs and work to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
    • Change Management & Communication
    • Lead or support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Assist with communicating HR programs and changes to employees and leadership.
    • Compensation & Benefits Management
    • Manages entire payroll scope from collating of monthly information to payout to employees, are executed smoothly and efficiently. Ensures the line of authorities are adhered to, including checking, reviewing and approving.
    • Manages benefits and workforce administrations including leave monitoring, monthly update on movements and annual renewal for medical insurance, workforce compensation, keeping up with local regulations and updates people policies/handbook, random checks on employees expense claims (per benefits policies), social security requirements, etc.
    • Monitors monthly budget against actual, checks on variance reasoning, proposing and/or discussing possible solutions to manage outliers with relevant stakeholders.

    Role-specific Experience And Skills

    • Certificate, Diploma, or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in an HRBP role.
    • Proven experience across multiple HR disciplines such as employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
    • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong understanding of Malaysia labor laws, HRD grant and policies, and HR best practices.
    • Enjoys working in a dynamic, informal location and enjoys dealing with people.
    • Diplomatic and excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

    Work Environment

    • The role is based at Head office in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
    • This role requires regular travel to KLIA airports (both 1 and 2) as retail stores all at airport.
    • We have vault/safe office in central KL, Penang and Kota Kinabalu (at times may be needed to travel to such place, but not often. Only when need to).

    Position Summary

    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Business partner to join our People team.
    In this role, serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders or stakeholders, providing counsel on talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness to foster a people-centric, high-performance culture.     Role and Responsibilities

    Strategic HR Leadership & Advisory
    Partner with Business Leaders and HODs to develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals

    Serve as strategic HR advisor, providing insights on workforce planning, organizational design and talent strategy

    Actively influence business strategy to ensure people considerations are integrated into decision making

    Provide guidance on career development , succession planning and leadership development ensuring a strong talent pipeline

    Champion people culture, coaching business leaders on effective people management practices

    Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning

    Drive strategic talent management, ensuring the right talent is identified, recruited, developed and retained

    Oversee key HR processes, including performance management, employee engagement, total reward and capability development.

    Analyze talent market trends and workforce data to provide actionable insights for business leaders.

    Work closely with HR teams to ensure HR programs meet business needs and drive organizational effectiveness.

    Change Management
    Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new HR solutions and workforce transformations.

    Partner with internal HR teams (Rewards, Learning & Development, HR SSC etc) to enhance employee experience.

    Stakeholder & HR Collaboration
    Act as the key HR representative at the assigned business table, influencing and shaping people decisions.

    Collaborate with across HR ecosystems to drive cross-functional HR initiatives.
    Ensure HR processes comply with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and internal control

    Agility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business landscape.

    Skills and Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

    2. Min 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5-8 years in a HRBP role in relevant industry. (FMCG/ High Tech Industry)

    3. Experience working in fast-paced, technology, or multinational organizations.

    4. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into actionable HR plans

    5. Deep expertise in talent strategy, leadership development, organizational design, and

    employee engagement.

    6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging HR data and market trends to drive decisions.

    7. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at the senior leadership level.

    8. Proven ability to lead change management and transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.

    9. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment regulations, and compliance frameworks.
