Reporting to the G-BSC HR APAC Director, you will lead the Greater China (GCH) Employee Data Management function, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and seamless service delivery in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-impact leadership role that offers the opportunity to shape and elevate the HR Services agenda as the organization transforms.

How You'll Contribute & Grow
Lead Operations & Ensure Compliance: Managing daily HR employee data operations, guaranteeing services are delivered with precision and speed, consistently monitoring delivery to meet established KPIs and our agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Ensure all team service delivery adheres to compliance and audit requirements. Comply with all data integrity, security, and privacy policies, as well as applicable regulations. Analyze and review new service requests, assessing impact and providing recommendations to the management team. Drive Excellence & Innovation: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration through daily activities and projects. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, including leveraging technology to optimize processes. Develop relevant service performance measures for the team to enhance service delivery quality. Collaborate effectively with other functional teams to ensure an integrated approach to HR service delivery, including participation in Service Review meetings with countries. Lead and drive new transition activities to GBSC HR APAC, ensuring compliance with standardized processes and statutory regulations. Lead the implementation of HR projects and initiatives with the primary goal of delivering world-class HR services to the Group. Foster Communication & Growth: Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (customers, vendors, etc.). Define strategies to support the hiring plan for the GBSC HR APAC team. Shape the Future of HR Data: Define and execute the long-term vision for HR data management, ensuring alignment with the Global BSC's data strategy and all regulatory requirements. Lead and collaborate closely with the HR Community, HR Business Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on regular data review exercises to guarantee data integrity and quality. Oversee and optimize the secure distribution of HR data, both within HR and to external consumers, by implementing appropriate access controls and data security measures.

We're looking for a leader who embodies excellence in HR data management:
A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in managing HR data, with at least 5 years in a lead or people manager role, ideally within an HR function. Possess strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, capable of effectively influencing and collaborating with senior executives and diverse cross-functional teams. Proven track record of managing complex data environments and successfully driving large-scale data transformation initiatives. Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication. You're adept at multi-tasking and working independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent project coordination and delivery experience, essential for managing continuous improvement projects across the shared service center. Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, Power BI, and Google Suite would be a significant advantage. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, an ability to influence decision-makers, and to motivate team members. You are independent, self-driven, and outcomes-oriented. Problem Solver that can quickly and efficiently identify and solve problems that impact a large number of users. Global Mindset: Experience working in multi-cultural and HR Shared Service Center (HRSSC) environments with a global mindset is highly valued. Excellence in oral and written communication skills in English & Mandarin allows to express ideas and information in a user-friendly, organized, and articulate manner.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
HR Shared Service Setup and Transition: Support the setup activities of a HR Shared Service which includes the following but not limited to: a. Transition activities across APAC ensuring compliance to standardized processes as well as statutory regulations. b. Support the implementation of HR Shared Services supporting tools and technologies c. Support key activities (i.e. training and etc) for a successful transition to the shared service center. 2. HR Shared Service Operations a. Process all service requests assigned in an accurate and timely manner, within the agreed service levels and targets as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). b. Perform relevant data updates, reviews and validation of employee data against supporting documents to ensure high quality of data maintained in all HR systems. c. Comply with data integrity, security and privacy policies and applicable regulations. d. Perform the relevant tasks to extract, import, and export of data from various systems for submission to the relevant parties. e. Generate all required standard reports based on the predefined schedule and validate accuracy of reports before submitting to customers. f. Assist in generation of ad hoc report requests from customers. g. Contribute to and participate in data review exercises on a regular basis to ensure data integrity and quality. h. Ensure proper documentation and administration of requests as per the agreed operational process and procedures. i. Work closely with HR Shared Service Centre Data and Reporting Team Lead to execute any process improvements within the department. j. Escalate issues and data quality issues for resolution quickly and follow through to closure. k. Assist on other operation tasks as a backup role in the absence of team members. l. Perform regular updates and enhancements to job aids, standard operating procedures, FAQs, knowledge database and other reference materials to assist in resolving employee enquiries and issues.
Are you a MATCH?
The successful candidate should have:
Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent. 1-2 years experience in data management and reporting in a shared service center environment, preferably in a HR services environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Experience and involvement in HR related projects. Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin, both written and spoken as the role requires candidates to manage Mandarin speaking stakeholders/employees. Knowledge in usage of HR systems to perform the relevant data management and reporting activities. Familiarity with Workday is preferred. Knowledge and skill in the use of Microsoft Office / Google suite of software. High level of discretion and confidentiality with the handling of the employee data. Knowledge of data privacy act and other data related regulations.

As the Senior Analyst or Analyst, HR Services under Data Management team , you:

Job Responsibilities

Change Management Management Consulting Manager in our HR-T&O practice , a typical day might include:
Discovering stakeholders’ challenges and expectations and defining a Change Management strategy to support business transformational change programs
Leveraging social and digital technologies in change management and communications
Assisting clients in developing their change capability and becoming more agile businesses
Co-creating solutions and conducting user review sessions, and running stakeholder agreement meetings
Conducting a Change Management Impact Analysis and developing treatment plans
Implementing strategies that prepare an organization to put new business processes into practice
Supporting Change Measurement activities via a Change Readiness tool
Working with the HR Transformation team for change strategy of HR Systems implementations such as Oracle, Success Factors and Workday
Working across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language
Collaborating with the best and brightest minds in the industry
Coaching and mentoring junior team members
Contributing to practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training and attending community events
Traveling globally to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change
Job Qualifications
7 to 10 years of experience in driving HR change management-related programs/ consulting experience (change enablement strategy and associated interventions, change adoption organization design, digital communication and engagement, training support and business readiness for SAP S/4HANA is an advantage)
Experience in other related areas such as HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration or Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness etc) is highly desirable.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions.
Strong executive level relationship building skills.
Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations/plans/strategies
Ability to interpret data, work with analytic models and advanced technologies and digital tools (e.g. cloud HR, behavior change packages, immersive learning)
Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a multi-cultural and global environment
Experience of working on Digital transformations, RPA implementations, Shared Service setups and cloud based implementations will be a bonus.

- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve conflicts professionally and promote open, collaborative communication.
- Organize engagement activities to boost morale.
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance skills.
- Support professional development and maintain training records.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies in line with company values and legal requirements.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, health and safety standards, and company regulations.
- Oversee or assist with the performance appraisal process, including setting KPIs and evaluating performance.

- Administer employee benefits programs such as leave, health insurance, and retirement plans.
- Collaborate on forecasting staffing needs and managing employee turnover.
- Ensure the resort maintains high standards in workplace safety and employee wellness.

- Manage budgets related to recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven HR experience: Candidates with strong managerial experience are ideal for the HR Manager role. Those with supportive or generalist HR experience are encouraged to apply for the Assistant HR Manager role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
