We’re growing fast in the data centre and technology space, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Malaysia to help us attract, engage, and hire the talent that makes it possible.
You’ll be part of a global TA team, partnering with leaders across APAC, and will own sourcing, recruitment, and employer branding projects that make a real impact. This isn’t just about filling roles — it’s about shaping how we engage talent in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world.
What you’ll do- Lead end-to-end hiring for roles in the region, especially in data centres, tech, and infrastructure.
- Build pipelines by sourcing and engaging passive talent across the local and regional market.
- Act as a brand ambassador, driving recruitment marketing campaigns that grow awareness and talent communities.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights and deliver great hiring outcomes.
- Champion diversity and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition across the region (ideally in data centre, technology, or infrastructure sectors).
- Strong sourcing skills and proven success engaging passive talent.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin or other languages a plus).
