. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to peek into global HR C&B processes and a plethora of different HR topics, such as year-end process, reporting, data analysis, digitalization and grading processes.

Key Tasks / Alternatively: In this role you will:

  • Support team with Compensation Connect system (merit increment tool)
  • Support the year-end share points site creations
  • Support the year-end data collection, cleanup, and validation.
  • Support the year-end process administration in the regions with merit or bonus
  • Support with overall reporting requests, e.g. running and distributing myTW reports
  • Support the off-cycle merit increment template
  • Support the ESP administration process, e.g. consent form, update HRGT

Qualifications & Key Requirements / Alternatively: Our perfect match:
