What is PEO?
Professional Employment Organization (PEO) is a form of outsourcing that hires employees on your behalf through our local companies in a global market. As the Employer of Record (EoR), we handle all the administrative work such as payroll and recruitment, and your employee can start work in a matter of as short as 48 hours all while complying with rules and regulations in accordance to local legislations.
We provide PEO services for the global market, specifically China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia and United States.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with regional teams and other key 3rd party partners to best serve our customers
- Support preparation of monthly payroll reports across multiple regions
- Support onboarding/offboarding of EOR employees across multiple regions
- Manage relationships with key clients
- Develop, document and maintain benefits procedures and cross-functional workflows in conjunction with our services
- Use data to drive fact-based decision making to optimize our service offerings
- Serve as a HR expert to support internal and external teams
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years HR operations or BPO experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication bilingually (English required), interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and changing environment, deal with ambiguity.
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with strong multitask skills
- Experience in managing HR related projects/programs is preferred
- Experience in MS office especially Excel, Word, etc.

a) Conduct monthly/quarterly/yearly performance appraisal.
7. Other Ad-Hoc Duties

Job Requirements:
1. A degree in any field (HR, Business, Psychology, or related areas) or equivalent work experience.

We’re looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and well-organised Manager, HR Transformation Consultant to join our team! Someone who can talk sense into clients and assist with implementing HR software. We provide a diverse exposure and the experience to work with top regional companies like PropertyGuru, Manulife, Garena, Softbank and more! Responsibilities:- Conduct HR process realignment with key stakeholders
- Conduct change impact assessment, assess change readiness, and execute change strategy
- Identify key stakeholders and engage clients to deliver communication material
- Leverage available solutions to engage existing and new clients in potential sales
- Develop HR process frameworks and mentor junior team members
- Work alongside team members that implement HR systems for clients
- Plan and coordinate customer projects involving a range of different parties and systems
- Understand the usage of Talent Management Cornerstone OnDemand modules (Learning, Recruitment, Performance, Core HR)
- Coordinate testing and quality assurance activities across the partners and systems
- 3-6 years working experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, economics, analytics, or a related field
- Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts with acute business acumen
- Methodical approach to workload and project administration and implementation
- Trustworthy, able to manage multiple projects
- Excellent negotiation skills and entrepreneurial spirit
- Able to communicate clearly and simplify requirements into simple solutions
- Able to travel regionally if business needs arise
- Experience in working with commercial-grade HCM or Talent Management Suites (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.). Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand is a bonus.
- Project Management background is preferred
