Overseeing and managing all aspects of the hospital's human resources functions. This position is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, develop, and retain a skilled and motivated workforce. The Head of HR Operations collaborates with the Human Resource Management and hospital management team to align HR initiatives with the hospital's strategic goals and objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and regulatory and policy compliance.

3. Talent Acquisition

Execute and assist recruitment efforts to attract top talent, including developing recruitment strategies, overseeing the selection process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

4. Employee Experience & Culture Development

Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting and championing employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and work-life balance initiatives.

5. Employee Relations

Oversee grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and internal investigations with fairness, confidentiality, and legal compliance.

Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and management on sensitive HR matters

6. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, hospital accreditation standards and healthcare-specific HR regulations.

Maintain accurate HR documentation and audit readiness.

7. HR Analytics & Reporting

Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making, track trends, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.

Prepare reports for senior management on workforce performance and efficiency, turnover, and engagement.

  • Work with the clinical development specialist (Clinical Psychologist) to implement and monitor quality assurance frameworks, including documentation audits, session compliance, and client feedback review.

  • Support the rollout and scaling of onsite and online therapy services, assessments, group programs, and customized wellbeing initiatives.
  • Track service utilization, provider capacity, and service impact to inform resource planning and client reporting.

4. Compliance and Risk Management

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, licensure, and credentialing of TFPs in accordance with country-specific and regional regulations.
  • Ensure clinical policies and procedures are compliant with applicable legal, ethical, and professional standards in each operational country.
  • Support incident reporting and resolution protocols when required.

5. Operational Process Improvement
