Are you looking for a home based role allowing you complete autonomy and control over your working patterns / hours? Would you like to build your own client portfolio whilst simultaneously developing an equity stake?
Our client is a very successful commercial insurance brokerage who provides a home based opportunity, with full home office set up provided (includes phone, laptop with Acturis, internet connection and a generous car allowance).
You will be supported by a well-staffed head office with account handlers, placing brokers, claims support, delegated authority underwriters, telesales and marketing. On top of this they have key relationships with introducers providing quality leads + “the pen” with a major insurance company allowing you make important underwriting and pricing decisions at point of sale. You will also have access to all major composite, Lloyds and speciality insurer markets.
Applicants will be dynamic and ambitious, comfortable working remotely and experienced in networking, building a pipeline and creating new business opportunities. Although some leads will be provided, it is important that you generate your own leads. You will be guaranteed to retain all of your clients as part of your portfolio, obviously as the book grows your new business activity will be replaced by longer-term client servicing.
You will have a good all round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance is preferred, with some progress towards CII studies. We are happy to hear from experienced commercial brokers or underwriters looking to move into an account executive role, or experienced account executives looking for greater autonomy and a higher income opportunity.
You will be provided with an excellent level of basic salary, comprehensive benefits and full support. There is an option to go commission only, when the time it right, which would be linked to your portfolio and thus providing you with a significantly enhanced personal income.
