Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics and Inventory Manager to oversee the full supply chain operations, including Logistics, Warehouse, Shipping and Inventory . The successful candidate will be responsible for developing efficient supply chain strategies, optimizing processes, to ensure efficient storage, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves managing inventory levels and accuracy — all while driving cost savings and supporting business growth, optimizing warehouse layouts, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain operations: Logistics, Warehouse, Shipping and Inventory.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage logistics operations, ensuring on-time deliveries and cost-efficient transportation solutions.
- Logistics coordination - coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Ensure effective warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage optimization, and stock accuracy.
- Analyze and optimize logistics and warehouse costs.
- Oversees daily shipping and distribution operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods while managing logistics and documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and implement inventory control strategies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the supply chain.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, HSE and Customer Service teams.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and corporate policies.
Education, Experience and Certification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management with a strong understanding of Logistics, Warehouse, Shipping and Inventory.
- Technical certification preferred.
- Leadership training.
- 7-10 years of Lean Leadership experience preferred.

- Must be willing to work at Kulim High Tech Park, Kedah.
- Well versed in Logistics, Warehouse, Shipping and Inventory.
- Understanding of custom compliance, LMW requirements and knowledge in global trade compliance is a MUST

- Build and manage a qualified pipeline across hotels/resorts/hostels.
- Run discovery, demos (virtual/onsite), and coordinate site visits/POCs.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, negotiate and close deals; keep forecasts accurate.
- Excellent follow-up for pending prospects.
- Partner with implementation and technical department for smooth go-lives.
- Travel for client meetings, site visits, and local industry events.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of B2B sales.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in client-facing roles.
- Willing to travel; works independently with digital reporting/remote coordination.
- Excellent command of English (read, write & spoken)
- Exccelent conversational command of Bahasa Malaysia AND Mandarin
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hotel industry sales experience is a plus.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; CRM proficiency.
