Engagement & Recruitment Activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external specialists, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), to identify pain points and opportunities for business development.
- Coordinate and organize engagement sessions between specialists and hospital stakeholders, such as multi-disciplinary team meetings, CMEs, journal clubs, and service improvement discussions to promote and develop patient care services.
Market & Pricing Analysis
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, pricing models, and stakeholder feedback to anticipate market changes and maintain competitive hospital service delivery.
- Recommend necessary adjustments to products, services, and policies based on evaluations of market data and competitive developments.
Administrative, Reporting & SOP Development
- Manage departmental administrative tasks, including preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports, data analysis, and project performance metrics.
- Submit activity and results reports, including weekly and monthly work plans and deliverables.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
- Proven experience in medical services development, project management, or healthcare business development.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with medical professionals and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
