This is a high impact role responsible for driving sales performance, conducting product demonstrations, executing product talks, and identifying new business opportunities across assigned territories. You will be the key point of contact for the assigned product line, ensuring strong customer relationship, product visibility and revenue growth. This role combines strategic sales execution and hands-on marketing engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development and Execution
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned product line by building strong pipelines and closing deals in a timely manner.
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities (hunter role) in public and private healthcare sectors.
- Develop strategic plans to penetrate and grow accounts.
- Act as the key point of contact for both new prospects and existing customers.
Marketing and Customer Engagement
- Plan and execute product talks and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored product solutions as well as continuous support.
Market and Competitor Insights
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Share regular updates and insights to inform sales strategies and positioning.
- Support efforts to improve product visibility and relevance in the market.
Reporting and Planning
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress and market activities using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and forecasts for management’s review.
- Take ownership of territory planning and time management.
Requirements
- Degree in Biomedical, Biotechnology, Biology or related field.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in sales or product marketing, preferably covering the general practitioner (GP)/clinics market.
- Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A self-starter with positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Adhering to our claim workflow in relation to hospitalization claims procedure.
- Assess and provide justifiable claims according to policy terms and conditions to our valued policy holders.
- Approving claims within the department benchmark/turnaround time and authority limit
- Recommend for claim approval/repudiation
- Ensuring customers enquiry from all sources of referrals are promptly attended to and resolves via appropriate communication mode.
- To ensure and monitor claims processing benchmark and turnaround time
- To correspondences on and day to day operation functions of the department and coordinates with other departments
- To handle incoming enquiries from internal or external parties via emails, phone calls and portal.
- Updating and submission of reports as required by management within the agreed service standards.
- Liaise with Prudential Malaysia’s IT division to troubleshoot issues / cases encountered in the day-to-day operations.
- Continuously review and update/document the administrative rules and processes for effective and efficient operation of the section.
- Continuously attend / involve with training for personal and career development.
- Undertake projects / other work and duties allocated by Management, as and when required
- Ensuring that Financial Services Act (FSA), Bank Negara Malaysia, Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) efforts, LIAM guidelines and internal guidelines are strictly complied with as applicable.

Job Summary: The Associate Executive role is essential in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Learning and Leadership Development Centre of Excellence (L&LD COE) to ensure smooth management and execution of training programmes, contributing to the overall effectiveness of learning initiatives by the CoE.

- Material Preparation
