- Min. 5 years’ working experience in the IH field with at least 2 years’ working experience in the Oil & Gas or petrochemical industry specifically.

- Plan and conduct annual EHS classroom training. Identify new trainings, internal and external for employees, supervisors and managers to meet their EHS goals.
- Drive EHS awareness and excellent EHS performance for area under his/her responsibility by carrying out EHS system assessments, site safety inspections and BSP program audits. Recommend improvement where necessary and report findings to country General Manager and SEA EHS Manager.
- Maintain close ties with external resources and professional forums and ensure that AP retains functional leadership role within the industry through active leadership involvement with industry organizations.
- Support Line Management and business to ensure all applicable EHS regulations and requirements are complied in all activities.

Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 3 years of working experience in Human Resources, health and safety, or healthcare setting with relevant experience in managing HR and/or health related processes for the assigned function.
Master's Degree or equivalent in Public Health.
Able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English - with additional knowledge of Mandarin or other major Asian languages, highly regarded
Experience with interacting and supporting all levels of management & relevant experience in multiple HRS pillars.
Experience managing HR system data and processes.

Ability to use and execute business processes in Workday.
Ability to effectively utilize HR technology, resource material, websites, and software to provide effective information on human resources processes and procedures.
Ability to use appropriate judgment in involving the next level (escalation) or other resources in decision making or processing.
Adaptability and creativity in problem solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English and any additional required language (both written and spoken).
Ability to partner with and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage stressful situations and conflicting priorities, both in support of the HR team and their customers, or employees or people leaders.
Strong attention to detail and high work standards in support of seamless execution.
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.

Responsabilități principale
- Controlezi calitatea și realizezi înregistrările necesare la bord, asigurându-te că totul respectă standardele și reglementările legale
- Identifici, evaluezi și monitorizezi riscurile și pericolele legate de asigurarea calității în toate etapele operațiunii hoteliere
- Supraveghezi punctele critice de control (CCP) pe baza codului HACCP
- Efectuezi inspecții regulate și comunici abaterile sau factorii de risc conducerii și șefilor de departamente implicați
- Te ocupi de controlul calității bunurilor și produselor recepționate, înregistrând corespunzător toate informațiile

- Deții certificare HACCP și ai experiență dovedită în gestionarea HACCP la scară largă
- Ai cunoștințe solide în asigurarea calității și experiență în implementarea standardelor aferente
- Comunici clar, atât verbal, cât și în scris, în engleză (și olandeză – dacă este cazul)
- Ai abilități solide de operare pe calculator
- Poți instrui și forma colegii și echipajul cu privire la protocoalele de siguranță și calitate
