Possess a basic degree in Science, HSE from a recognized university.

Must hold valid & certified Industrial Hygienist.

Min. 5 years’ working experience in the IH field with at least 2 years’ working experience in the Oil & Gas or petrochemical industry specifically.

A certified competent person in selected disciplines in IH such as Noise, Radiation Person Officer (RPO), Chemical Health Risk Assessor etc. will be an added advantage.

Knowledge with OH matter is an advantage.

Must be prepared to travel offshore.

Articulate with an excellent command of English.

Occupational Health Doctor (OHD)

Should have a basic medical degree registered with the Malaysian Medical Council and a post-graduate certificate or Diploma or Masters or PhD in OH that is recognized by DOSH.

Have successfully completed the OHD Training Course and passed OHD examination by NIOSH.

Occupational Health Nurse (OHN)

Must have a basic nursing or medical assistant certificate, diploma or degree registered with the Ministry of Health.

Must have a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from the respective body such as Nursing Board or Medical Assistant Board.

Must complete a post-basic certificate, diploma or degree in Occupational Health.

Must be prepared to travel offshore.

Articulate with an excellent command of English.

• Manage the Environment Health & Safety key performance indicators for Malaysia. Support to drive continuous enhancement in the overall performance and provide senior level oversight on the implementation of key global EHS improvement programs.
• Provide a consistent response to Employee and Leadership requirements and needs. Ensure that EHS skills, values, and competencies are appropriately developed across all employees.
• Implement Environment Health & Safety global standards, tools and best practices to ensure uniform functional execution to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate training of all country employees in AP EH&S policies/standards/global best practices and facilitate their use.
• Support line organisations in conducting Environmental Aspect Impact assessment and Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC).
• Maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications for applicable sites.
• Support major hazards installations programs and participate in hazard review studies for new projects, existing plant modifications and improvement projects.
• Respond to EHS incidents and support incident investigation process. Coordinate reporting of EHS incidents with site managers. Maintain EHS statistics for the organization. Provide periodic trend analysis and recommend area for improvement.
• Plan and conduct annual EHS classroom training. Identify new trainings, internal and external for employees, supervisors and managers to meet their EHS goals.
• Drive EHS awareness and excellent EHS performance for area under his/her responsibility by carrying out EHS system assessments, site safety inspections and BSP program audits. Recommend improvement where necessary and report findings to country General Manager and SEA EHS Manager.
• Maintain close ties with external resources and professional forums and ensure that AP retains functional leadership role within the industry through active leadership involvement with industry organizations.
• Support Line Management and business to ensure all applicable EHS regulations and requirements are complied in all activities.
  
  

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

• Degree in EHS, Engineering or Science.
• DOSH qualification and Green Book Holder
• 3-5 years EHS experience in gas industry or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Be familiar with local Environment Safety & Health regulations
• Strong understanding of EHS programs and management systems such as ISO14001 and ISO45001 standard requirements.
• Requires strong inter-personal and communication skills
• Requires strong technical and managerial skills
• Willing to be based in Westport plant.

Subordonare: Răspunde direct în fața Directorului F&B și colaborează strâns cu Managerul de Încărcare și Depozitare pentru a monitoriza calitatea și depozitarea în conformitate cu legislația privind alimentele și bunurile.

Responsabilități principale

• Controlezi calitatea și realizezi înregistrările necesare la bord, asigurându-te că totul respectă standardele și reglementările legale
• Identifici, evaluezi și monitorizezi riscurile și pericolele legate de asigurarea calității în toate etapele operațiunii hoteliere
• Supraveghezi punctele critice de control (CCP) pe baza codului HACCP
• Efectuezi inspecții regulate și comunici abaterile sau factorii de risc conducerii și șefilor de departamente implicați
• Te ocupi de controlul calității bunurilor și produselor recepționate, înregistrând corespunzător toate informațiile
• Asiguri procesarea corectă și sigură a deșeurilor, utilizarea durabilă și sigură a produselor și resurselor, conform standardelor stabilite
• Supraveghezi etichetarea clară și identificarea corectă a produselor în toate etapele manipulării
• Identifici oportunități de optimizare a calității în toate aspectele operaționale
• Intervii imediat în caz de abateri de la calitate sau defecte, în consultare cu șefii de departamente și/sau furnizorii
• Colaborezi activ cu echipa de management și responsabilul de stocare și aprovizionare, ținându-i la curent cu observațiile și concluziile tale

• Deții certificare HACCP și ai experiență dovedită în gestionarea HACCP la scară largă
• Ai cunoștințe solide în asigurarea calității și experiență în implementarea standardelor aferente
• Comunici clar, atât verbal, cât și în scris, în engleză (și olandeză – dacă este cazul)
• Ai abilități solide de operare pe calculator
• Poți instrui și forma colegii și echipajul cu privire la protocoalele de siguranță și calitate
• Ești proactiv și conștient de importanța crucială a managementului calității în cadrul operațiunii
