Requirements

  • Proven experience leading a team of video editors in a production house, agency, or similar environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in video editing software (DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills for both creative and technical challenges.
  • Demonstrated creativity in pacing, storytelling, and editing techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and motivate.

Purpose of the Role
The Lead for Video & Motion is a key creative force at TEAM LEWIS, driving the transformation of strategic insights, brand messaging, and creative concepts into powerful visual narratives. This role blends expert post-production, motion design, and storytelling to elevate multimedia content across APAC and global markets. Additionally, the Lead provides hands-on production support, ensuring high-quality filming and seamless post-production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Editing & Post-Production
  • Edit a wide range of content, including brand films, product videos, corporate communications, interviews, case studies, event highlights, showreels, and social media assets.
