Administrative / Technical
- Oversees the overall performance of Human Resources function on a daily basis.

Quality Assurance Program
- Responsible for ensuring provision of high-quality performance in Human Resources department
- Develops, initiates, monitors and evaluates quality indicators related to Human Resource management.
- Reports quality outcomes to appropriate hospital and Medical Staff committees.
Service Delivery
- Cultivates exemplary patient/customer service throughout organization.
- Leads the team in implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance the services delivery standards of the division.
