About the role

You will be the person responsible for potential large corporate and government clients, developing proposals on consultation, designing and delivering programs that address client needs, and establishing thought leadership in this space.

Your key responsibilities

Develop an effective management infrastructure for the consulting business

  • Lead the development of business models, operating models, and strategies for the effective and efficient functioning of the company’s consulting business
  • Develop annual business plans
  • Create and implement management processes for the consulting business, e.g., performance management infrastructure, cadence of meetings, and tech-enabled processes for effective collaboration
  • Attract, develop, excite, and retain exceptional talent for the business
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members

Establish and grow the consulting business

  • Assume leadership of the profit and loss for the consulting business, e.g., setting targets, determining resource requirements, and making key strategic decisions
  • Drive brand-building efforts in support of developing enterprise and government clients, e.g., development of thought leadership articles, securing opportunities at industry events, and representing the company at relevant events
  • Lead client development efforts with corporate, public sector, and SME organizations, e.g., identifying client opportunities, preparing proposals for prospective clients, and managing the sales funnel
  • Counsel and consult clients on articulating and achieving their desired business outcomes leveraging the company’s offerings
  • Oversee delivery of the company’s offerings to clients, e.g., guiding configuration/ customization of programs, ensuring delivery of quality programs, and managing client relationships to provide a distinctive experience
  • Monitor the digital talent landscape and take proactive steps to ensure the company’s continued relevance in relation to the consulting business, e.g., engaging with government agencies in the space
  • Develop approach and manage system for placement of graduates with partner organizations

Support growth of the company’s other areas of business

  • Support the development of strategies and the execution of aforementioned strategies to grow the company’s other areas of business, e.g., securing more consumer customers, and cultivating enterprise clients as hiring partners
  • Identify partnership opportunities and support the developing of partnerships with external stakeholders to further the company’s business goals

The ideal candidate

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree, MBA or other relevant graduate degree
  • Has at least 8 years of experience in consultative enterprise and government sales, ideally in management consulting, digital transformation, HR consulting, or digital consulting
  • Is an expert in talent development and/or digital
  • Is entrepreneurial with strong commercial/ business sense
  • Possesses distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at C-suite and other organizational levels
  • Has at least 3 to 4 years of experience in leading teams – excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

The opportunity

As a Manager/Senior Manager for Transformation Architecture, you will help clients to solve enterprise-wide strategic, organisational and operational issues by formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organisations, transforming the operations and processes, and improving business performance.

You will lead client engagements and facilitate discussion with clients. You will interview clients, identify and summarize key issues, outline project approach and draft proposal content.

Your key responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy - assisting the client with developing a long-range, multi-year view of growth options and strategic recommendations
  • Strategic Planning -designing a sustainable process and tools for a client to run effective strategic, long-range, and initiative investment planning processes
  • Enterprise cost reduction and operating model design - assisting the client to reduce costs across the enterprise, and also to change the structure, governance and metrics of the enterprise
  • Value driver-based decision support -assisting the client to identify drivers of enterprise value, and translate those drivers into planning, reporting and decision support frameworks to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Develop and drive account-planning, as well assales and delivery ofservice offerings
  • Manage and control commercial aspects of the project delivery, including forecasting, budgeting and resource allocation

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum of 5-years (Managers) or 8-years (Senior Managers) working experience, preferably at least 3-years in a business consulting role with a leading management consultancy organization
  • Preferably experience in providing consulting services in strategy formulation and planning, organization design, and operation and business process improvement
  • Experience in managing / dealing in large complex projects on public-private partnership, merger integration, organisation restructuring and transformation
  • Experience evaluating current business operating models, designing and executing initiatives with business benefits to streamline the process and improve the effectiveness of the organization and its operating model
  • Professional presence with the ability to engage management level clients as well as internal leadership stakeholders

Ideally, you will also have

  • Experience with leading industry players, including multinational companies or domestic large-scale leading companies
  • MBA degree from a reputable business school

Your key responsibilities

You will work with our clients to help solve their toughest challenges and deliver insightful recommendations that are rigorous in their grounding, creative in their selection, distinct to each client, and practical in their ability to be taken to market. Strategize and Plan: Establish Finance vision, strategy and operating model that are customer(1)centric and digital enabled to support enterprise aspirations and goals, qualify the case for change and design the transformation journey roadmap
Design and Implement: Design and implement finance delivery model and governance, encompassing end-to-end processes, incorporating accounting standards / policies and control requirements as well as emerging automation solutions, design the Finance Technology and Data landscape considering the overall enterprise technology and data architecture, talent skillsets and capabilities, organization structure and performance measurements; determine change impact,strategizing and executing enterprise-wide change management activities
Transition and Stabilize: Manage transition activities including planning training and knowledge transfer activities, business cut-over strategy and activities, facilitating business readiness criteria and providing post Go-Live support
Optimize: Identify and prioritize opportunities for improving Finance operations through maximizing technology usage supported by emerging technology. Support clients in the implementation of improvement initiatives and monitor the success of these initiatives in delivering the intended outcomes
Project Management: Support the project to deliver on time, on budget and on quality. Manage the relationship with key client stakeholders
Business Development: Support business development activities, including preparing proposals to support the client

The opportunity

We currently are seeking a highly motivated Manager/Senior Manager to lead client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients in the healthcare sectorto deliver professional services on strategic and global priority accounts.
