About the role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Store Assistant to join CAMNIX SOLUTION SDN. BHD. in Kuching, Sarawak. As a Store Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the company's inventory and supply chain operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Receiving, storing, and distributing goods and materials, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory levels

  • To check and count all out-going goods before loading to truck/lorry according to Pick List. Endorse on Pick List and inform store clerk if alteration/amendment is required.
  • Supervise the loading process loaded into lorry/truck to ensure correct quantity and items.
  • To check and count all incoming goods against the relevant document such as Delivery Order (D/O) and endorse on each document.
  • To direct and instruct the forklift driver to unload the incoming stocks to designed using WMS system.
  • To check on all returned stocks and balance stocks from trade and ensure quantity are correct against the relevant document and endorse on the document (work as when assigned or scheduled)
  • To maintain proper housekeeping including floor and goods rearrangement in store /area assigned or according to product category.
  • To perform and attend on monthly stock count (maintaining stock records)
  • Communicate to Superior on progress of work, issues faced for guidance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned from superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year working experience in the store/warehouse /manufacturing environment. Fresh graduate with Certificate/ Diploma are welcome.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Knowledge on WMS will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in warehousing/manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
